How to contact MOS customer service?

Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if this is post suitable for this forum, but I'm having difficulty receiving a product ordered from MOS.
I have recently ordered a Silistretcher (last Thursday morning) through the fastest delivery method of 2-3 days ($100) but after calling the shipping carrier (DHL), I'm informed that the package has not been sent and is still with the sender. I tried contacting MOS customer service through their email address (sales@mattersofsize.com), but so far unresponsive. Do you guys know which email address I could send my question to or any phone number perhaps at all that I could call?

Hello, welcome to MOS. The SiliStretcher is a very good product for length gains. But if you desire to gain more than 1 inch in length, then I strongly advice you buy the length master instead. The SiliStretcher on it's own cannot give you more than 1 inch gain in length. But if you buy a length master, you are certain of using the length master to gain 3 inches. But if you desire to go extreme hardcore, you can buy the length master together with the SiliStretcher and use the SiliStretcher as an ADS. Send me a private message here and include the email address you used in placing the order and contacting the customer service, I will help you contact the customer support of the MOS shop and reference your email address. You are in good hands my brother, there is nothing to worry about.
 
@DLD, I've sent an email to Sales concerning this issue. I will appreciate if you can contact them to hasten things up. Thanks Boss

So, it appears to be that, the shop is experiencing some delay from DHL picking up the parcel of @littlegiant0420. I have sent sales an email to let them know that the owner of the parcel is worried and has created a thread on the forum concerning the said issue.
 
Update on this:
@huge-girth is actively helping me out in resolving this problem, and is very useful.
Since few moments ago, DHL tracking is now showing activity and the shipment is picked up today.
The shipment is still very late though as this order was placed on July 28 for 2-3 delivery service.
I will post an update. @DLD

The SiliStretcher on its own can give you 1 inch gain in length but if you need more than 1 inch in length, you need to get the length master and use it in combination with the SiliStretcher.

This is an update to this shipment of SiliStretcher:
I have received the package 10 days ago.
I received a full refund of the Postage and Packaging (Shipping) fee since the shipment arrived well later than the promised delivery time of 2-3 days - of which I paid the service for.
@huge-girth and @DLD have been very helpful in escalating the situation, and things quickly started rolling after their intervention.
I appreciate the assistance
