Does that comfort attachment at the base accounted for in reference to the measurement lines on the clear plastic part?

In other words... If I hit 6.5" mark in the Bathmate Extreme, is it really 6.5" or is it above 6.5" because of the insert comfort pad?

It is pretty close but in most cases you will measure a bit longer out of the tube. The measurement markings are very helpful but for true accuracy use a ruler.
 
well this is somewhat disappointing, (and I've been curious about the accuracy of the sticker, myself) and it looks like the tape measure shows 8" at the 8.25"-8.375" on the BM sticker. I did this experiment on my kitchen counter w/the BM gaiter fully compressed, which is fairly close to how I use it w/my VV mod. I'm currently showing around 8.50" on the sticker, so 'real-life' is more like 8.125"...dang!! My hope was to hit 9" BPEL by my 2 year anniversary of PE, (mid-November) or at least hit it by the end of '16. Might have to adjust my time-line...

Mine is real compressed but my body fat is so low that I don't have that big of a fat pad to give me any extra length on a bone press... The suction isn't strong enough to really give me much at all so I guess the marks are more accurate for a non-bone press

Same here it's just sad. I'm trying to get lean hopefully I can reach 7.8" soon with that help

Yeah like just seeing your dick bigger from losing the fat is a big confidence booster. I remember when I was slimmer good times.

The best gain I have ever made was when I dropped 140 pounds! I was losing more than 2" under my fat pad. Today I am covering about an inch or less, I want to get to a .25".

Same here! I remember when I was 0.25" of fat pad. I was like 13% body fat too. I think if i reach 8-9% body fat maybe i'll have 0 fat pad idk but im excited

I would like my fatpad to decrease to.
I am on a good path now with calorie restriction and loosing weight.

my fatpad is probably 1.5"-2" hope to get it down to 0.25"-0.5" :)

I have around the same fat pad. I am on caloric deficit but I think I should start doing cardio not sure yet, maybe a few more weeks of this caloric deficit then I'll start cardio.

Oh fuck dude. That used to be me in stronglifts time so that I could gain some strength and energy in the morning. I'm not in the carb anymore especially since i don't do cardio, yet.

Nothing wrong with that as long is it fits into the calorie count that you are aiming for. Eating ice cream is simply getting calcium, just like milk. Count the calories. Here is my day when dieting.

1 meal at night
3 bags of Beef Jerky (drink a ton of water due to sodium) 810 cal.
4 pudding cups 400 cal.
A Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowl 400 cal.
A Candy Bar 200 cal.
Orange Juice 200 cal.
Vegetable Juice 200 cal.

This diet is very high in protein. I get lots of calcium. I drink lots of water. I supplement vegetables and fruit with concentrated juices. This diet allows me to have some fun, an ice cream cone, pudding and a candy bar...this keeps me happy.

Total 2030 cal. so I am below the 2400 mark which means I will slowly lose weight.

2400 calories is to maintain my weight.

On this diet over 18 months I have gone from 240 to 184. I want to be at 175 so I started this diet again 2 days ago.
