DLD: You have not answer my question. When I get better from my pelvic floor tension, I will get on the bathmate to help my penis to grow and stronger erections but my problem is can the bathmate cause pelvic floor tension? yes or no?

No, not at all, it would need to be in the opposite way for it to do anything like this, meaning in seed of applying suction outwardly it would have to be internal pressure. Relax and pump without fear.
