Hi everyone hope you all had a great new year.

I have been doing Penis Enlargement for sometime but had a year off and I am coming back and want to be very committed this time.

I wanted to know if someone can give me a routine to fellow to make good gains mostly in length.
I have the LM and a size gernetic device.

Also out of 10 how hard should I be pulling I have never made any gains but think it is down to me not pulling hard enough.

Here is mine I put together. I'm a sort of a newbie but I would not consider it a newbie routine.



:: GIRTH ::
Jelqs (200+ kegal then slow squeeze with OK sign grip)
V-Jelqs (position penis between V shaped fingers and jelq)
Clamping (with 100% erection clamp base)
Horse Squeeze (with 100% erection clamp base)
Pump (penis pump)

:: LEGNTH ::
Leg Tuck Pull (standing hold dick between legs)
On All Fours Tugg (with rope)
Hanging (with weight)
Internal Stretch (grip under balls)
V-Stretch (hold head and thumb press shaft with other hand)
__________ Stetch (twist dick apply force with wrist on PB)
Rotations (pull and rotate 360 degrees)
Base Busters (pull with one hand & stretch base ligs with other)
Bundled Tunica Stretch (twist penis and stretch)
Skin Stretch (pull balls and penis in different directions)
 
nopainnogain holy shit man, these are a lot of exercises for one workout :p. Why don't you just take one for ligs, one for tunica and one for girth, I think you'll get better results...

True, and those are mainly generalized. Lots of subsections within each also. I have started mixing it though. Either just all length stuff, or just all girth stuff.

I have found a grip proof OK hold. Because thats the problem with manual hand driven excersises is that you loose your grip and have to keep stopping. Kegel and make your head big (thats the stoper!) >> take a OK grip directly under the head >> Now with the other hand grab the thumb and squeeze it in real tight (essentially looking this all in place) >> now pull still your hearts content with both hands! Because its both hands you can really pull hard with minimum arm fatigue. My grip never loosened. I finally had to stop for fear I was going to tear my dick off.

Excellent. Now become prepared to get the wrapping right so this goes smoothly. Take your time and be gentle for the first few tries, it does take some learning.

I have not gained from Penis Enlargement but I know I will I think I need to put more tension into it.

Only for you and your experience this would not be possible so thanks.
 
DLD says to use enough tension to get the cock to its max length state.
 
ALways push the tension as much past your flaccid stretched length as possible. To make gains you need to push the levels.

Thats where I think I was going wrong I was pulling to feel abit of tension but not alot of tension so I will start feeling alot more tension when I start my next Penis Enlargement session thanks.
