I was hanging about 10.5lbs for a 20 minute set and when I finished it I looked at the bottom of my glans on the under side of my penis and saw 2 lumps in between the bottom of my glans and my wrap. I was hanging quite close to my head could this be the reason? What are these lumps? How can I treat them? Thanks!

Sounds to be blisters. I would stop hanging immediately and allow the blisters to heal on their own, allowing them to cycle until drained. Do not pop them or squeeze out fluid, this will happen on its own. You can use a hot compress to speed the course. I would also get some bacitracin to help when it opens to prevent scaring. I am assuming this happen due to wrapping incorrectly. When this happens it usually because when wrapping a wrinkle or fold went unseen, this happens to many first timers. When wrapping be SURE to see that all folds and/or wrinkles in the first layer of the wrap be completely smooth. Once this is done you will be able to handle more weight and these issues will not come up again.

Could be fluid retention or as DLD mentioned a blister. Does it hurt when you touch it?

Nope, it doesn't hurt when I touch it. I massaged it while erect for about 5 minutes very very gently and it is there anymore, but I am going to take some time off from hanging and use a hot compress to help with the healing.

yeah if its gone most likely fluid retention . Happens time to time, usually goes away after taking hanging off. In between sets do some firegoat rolls/ Bundle stretches/helicopter spins and it will be reduced.

Good advice!

try also reducing the weight just a small bit,and try going for longer time.

Yeah I've gotten fluid retention just from stretching it's been weird.

its usually the remaining blood in the head is compressed. Think of it like clamping before the glans in horse squeezes. Some say just squeeze majority of the blood out, but there will always be some remaining. lol

Sounds like fluid. If you are using a compression hanger, try wrapping tighter. Also, make sure your hanger is as tight as possible each set so it does not creep forward under the pressure of the weight. That movement during a set is the leading cause of issues like this and bruising. Tight hanger and a rock solid anchor point prevents it.
If you use a vac hanger, got nothin for ya.

And be sure to wrap without wrinkles or folds.

I got a lump on my penis yesterday but mine isn't a blister. Its a hard lump but it has reduced in size this morning. It hurts a little when I touch it. I'm thinking it was caused by ingrown hair because there is hair on the spot where it occurred.
