Hi, Im a 20 year old male. I did Kegels for about 2-3 months last year then stopped. Then one day in March of this year, I was having a bowel movement. During this Bathmate, I must have strained my anal muscles too hard because I suddenly felt my 'sense of control' that I normally had in my BC muscle and penis area completely go away and at the same time I felt that same sense of control get uncomfortably stronger in my anus muscles. Since that terrible day I have been in complete misery because I can no longer identify with my BC muscle/my penis or surrounding areas AND INSTEAD I have this constant over-concentrated sense of control in my anal muscles.

FOR EXAMPLE: If I try holding my pee or just contracting that muscle in general, my anal muscles contract instead involuntarily.

Sex is no longer desirable as when I ejaculate I feel my anus contract instead of my BC/penis muscle and my erections don't feel normal at all.



So to sum it all up basically I have a total lack of BC muscle/penis control AND INSTEAD I have this CONSTANT sense of anal muscle control/feeling that is extremely uncomfortable, over-exaggerated, and de-masculinizing.

So now im extremely depressed/mentally disorientated because I no longer feel masculine due to the constant feeling in my anal muscles/absence of BC muscle sense. I've been to a neurologist he said it wasn't a nerve issue, so now Im thinking maybe I overdid my Kegels back when I could do them?

Any advice/solutions would be GREATLY appreciated..
 
ok sounds like a real problem
did you try reverse kegels? concentrate fully on your dick and push.
maybe you have some muscular imbalance now.

concentration should be the key. try to control the movement. Im sure less exercise in this area wont help. instead try to target the muscle different.

i experience this sometimes when I worked the pc muscle very strong. next day the muscle contracts itself without intention.

also ruberband kegels(search) may help you too. so you get the muscle working your dick and reconecting with it rather then having your anus working.

worst thing that could have had happen is that you tore a muscle there... meybe go to a urologist not neuro

Reverse kegels are when I push like I'm taking a dump right?
Is there a way I can stimulate the BC muscle by itself? There has to be something I can eat that will better the communication between my BC and my brain. I've simply lost all communication with it. And I feel my anus contract involuntarily very often. Its terrible. I think I will see a urologist, but my primary doctor is leaning towards anxiety being the problem.
 
yeah but dont take a dump lol.
anyway maybe this is part of the prob. dont think of taking a dump. think of pumping blood into your dick forward(!) concentrate fully on your dick(!). you may flex your abs too (ab training before relaxes them abit) but forget about it .
just concentrate on your dick and how your reverse kegel ups the blood pressure into it. do this for some days. just do it dont overthink. If this doesnt help go to uroligist so he can check it directly if their is any functional problem..

maybe its a mental thing too. you are probably over concious about it what makes it even worse. concentrating and imagine the opposite as its already there helps here.
see when I fuck and come my anus is also contracting but Im unconcious about it. watch your feet they are contracting too.
 
Yeah but when you (or any other person with a properly function penis) ejaculate you dont feel your anus contract because you have the feeling of your BC muscle/penis contracting. For me its the opposite, the feeling of my anal muscles contracting is all I feel. Its fucking torture because I get rock hard but I cant do anything with it.
 
ok did a simple test and when i flex my kegel muscles I can do it localized near of my anus and more towards my dick. try to forget about your shithole and concentrate on your dick(the forward lying end of the kegel muscles) while training kegels. probably you trained your muscles to one dimensional towards your anus. when you kegel does your dick move up and down(when hard)?(this you shoudl aim for when doing the normal kegal)

Why do people make such a huge problem with Kegels? They are so simple to understand and do. You may not always feel it directly in your penis, it may be felt in any of the interconnected muscles from the stomach to the anus, very normal. A Kegel is a simple squeeze or flex of these muscles...Not BC, Not PC, but all pelvic floor muscles. How is it done, next time you pee and stop the flow of urine, this muscle movement is a Kegel. If you become erect and bounce your penis by flexing, this too in a Kegel. If you are shitting and you clamp off a turd, this is a Kegel. Any flex of any of these muscles will flex all of these muscles.
