I suffer from ed...sometimes it just don't work, or it won't stay up. Orgasms are extremely weak to the point that most times they are non existent. I started reading about kegels and got serious about it. after about a week I noticed changed in my penis. The bottom of the base started feeling thicker. Not sure if that's normal but it definitely had to be from the kegels. Erections were firmer and I didn't need to take viagra anymore. I could raise and wave my dick with ease when I exccersized the muscle. i figured i was making great progress. and the overnight it stopped. no more progress. i could barely move it when i flexed. I got discouraged and stoped doing kegels as regular as i was. what happened? is that normal? ive started doing them again regularly but im not seeing the progress i did before. I want nothing more then to actually enjoy the actual orgasm.

Continue as we do not always feel it even though it benefits us. If you are not feeling it I suggest increasing the kegels
