I have been doing a stretch workout of supersets involving different stretches over the past month. After I do the bundled portion of the sets I always feel longer, like there is more slack. Anyway I decided to go strictly bundled today so I did a hardcore set of Bundled Blasters for about 1/2 hour. I did a measurement right after (as I always do) but this time it was up 1/4 inch! Not sure if it is just a fluke or whatever but I was getting erect measurements of almost 11"! I also do these as high angle "A" stretches . I think it is worth taking note of. Are any of you guys doing bundles and have you noticed any significant change?
