Longer After Bundled Blasters

I have been doing a stretch workout of supersets involving different stretches over the past month. After I do the bundled portion of the sets I always feel longer, like there is more slack. Anyway I decided to go strictly bundled today so I did a hardcore set of Bundled Blasters for about 1/2 hour. I did a measurement right after (as I always do) but this time it was up 1/4 inch! Not sure if it is just a fluke or whatever but I was getting erect measurements of almost 11"! I also do these as high angle "A" stretches . I think it is worth taking note of. Are any of you guys doing bundles and have you noticed any significant change?

I have not seen permanent increases yet from these but, I know what you mean! I see temporary increases, although not as much a 1/4" usually 1/8" or slightly more.

I can't really do the bundled blasters too good.

I am doing multiple sets of Bundled stretches now because I think these are my ticket to new growth.

At 6:30am I start the day with Bundled Footlong Stretches (5 sets of 100 second downward stretches ).

At around Noon I do 10 sets of Bundled Blasters modified. The modification goes like this: Kegel for 5 seconds and then go into the reverse kegel and stretch for 50 seconds.

At around 2:00 I do a 45 minute session of Girth Busters.

At around 4:00 I do a set of high angle Blasters using the MoS Strech Assist. (10 sets of 50 second high angle Blasters as above)

Very interesting, I'll have to start doing these... After I get tired of hanging (god knows when that'll be). :)

If bundles give temp. increase in length , what about doing them, then attaching an all day stretcher to hold it like that?

I always notice a longer flaccid after my sessions but I don't measure at all. The ruler is my enemy.
