Leg Lever Stretch
Do you aim for Ligs or Tunica? My new stretch can be used for both of them.
This time ill try to explain it step by step. You can change the arms, but I'll refer to the way you do it when you stretch with the right hand to get it more simple to understand.
Just invert the sides for stretching with the left hand.
Step 1
Sit somewhere...
Step 2 Skip this step, if you go for the Ligs!
Lay your left forearm down on your left thigh and grab your penis' base with the left hand.
Step 3
Straighten you right arm and let it hang down right next to the right thigh.
Step 4
Grab your Penis below the glans with the right hand while the right forearm is below the right thigh and stretch downward. If you did Step 2 pull the base upward.
Step 5
Higher you upper body and your right elbow to process leverage over the right forearm for much force to stretch the penis and lower your right knee to increase it.
If you go nuts you can add a bundle if you did Step 2 similar to that stretch:
