I'm still a newbie to all this, but maybe here's a tip for you guys?:

I am currently wearing my ADS at 1200 grams, and did some kegels (pc muscle squeezes) at the same time, and it was a LOT more intense than normal kegels, as I was also working against the springs in the ADS.

Kegels is not a big thing for me, but I know a lot of guys here do them, so maybe a tip for you guys(?).
 
kegels with resistance are great. towel raises. rubberband kegels or while stretching(both normal and reverse kegels)

kegel in ads? even better :D

But be warned you need to also be able to control your kegels(edging, ponr) cause otherwise you might end up shooting too fast.

Yeah, the springs in the stretcher makes it fantastic, almost like lifting weights:D

Hehe, shooting early is not a problem for me. My problem is coming at all, which is worse than coming early I think.


By the way, we are the EXACT same size, girth and bpel. First one to get to 21 cms?:)

-Maybe you wank too much :p (death grip google) . I was also a bit desentisized when I had no regular pussy. Whenever that happens I use aFleshLight which dramitcly increases sensitivity.

-Probably you as I will concentrate on girth only until I reach my girth goal ;)
