Kegeling difference while erect/flacid

Ok, so I sat down with some juicy ���� today, and decided to start doing kegels in the morning before I head off to classes, or whenever my first decent break of the day is.
So, while I was erect, I did DLDs routine of kegeling, 100 quick reps, 50 5holds reps, and then I tried to go for a whole minute, and it didnt really work; I tuckered out at around 38 seconds.

Anyhow, I felt a lot more of a burn while I was erect. Does anyone else do kegels while erect? Is there a difference in doing them erect vs flaccid?

EIther flaccid or erect. You went to point of failure and that is what counts. Eventually you will be able to go longer as your pelvic floor muscles become stronger. It is all about endurance.

I prefer kegelling while erect. I feel I can squeeze harder and it seems easier. Flacid can be done, but it erect will give you more of a challenge

Erect kegeling also gives you visual feedback- you'll know you're doing it right because the penis swells with blood and it goes up and down. It's more intense than doing them flaccid.

do you think its safe to kegal for an hour? i woke up at 4 in the morning and was watching some movie on tv with Pam Grier and i kegaled till 5 in the morn....

It's not dangerous. Just do the King Salvini Pc muscle routine daily and over months you will become incredibly strong. It's like a chasis of a car. You need one and a damn strong one for a damn big car ( or dick in this case)

it doesn't close off your urinary sphincter?
i thought that was the science behind it...it doesnt feel dangerous, like ive had priapism from medications like abilify before, and it wasnt anything like that...but it did kind of feel like priapism.
but i bet getting a serious priapism from kegals is like overdosing on marijuana...just wont happen
