THEORY FROM Penis EnlargementRSONAL EXPenis EnlargementRIENCE
1. the rectus abdominus, transversus abdominus, and obliques are involved in the breathing process mainly exhalation.
2. our noses are designed for breathing, not our mouths.
3. if you open your mouth your nasal chambers become blocked.
so...
by keeping your mouth closed you can more efficiently breath and activate the muscles involved in breathing
1. your rectus abdominus, transversus abdominus, and obliques all function in compresssing the abdomen and stabilizing the pelvis. ultimately this would include your intestines and your anus.
2. your prostate contracting and relaxing is a function of the anus.
so...
it would be reasonable to assume that your prostate could in some way be considered a core muscle.
CONCLUSION
1. when performing kegel exercises keeping your mouth closed can help you more effectively activate and develop it.
2. when trying to perform a reverse kegel keeping your mouth open can help you more effectively relax the prostate.
mouth closed: lips touching, relaxed, teeth do not need to be clenched or touching
mouth open: lips not touching
i know this is contrary to other ideas i have presented (nobody's perfect =)), but give it a try and see if you notice a difference.
overall, im still a strong believer in the idea that overtraing is prevalent in pe. granted you may still see gains, but
you could be getting those gains much easier if you understood that growth is achieved by expansion itself and not the time of
expansion. however it long takes for you to expand the tissue is where you should stop and then allow to heal and come back
and repeat under that same time/reps frame otherwise your body's defense mechanisms will fire and make the tissue harder to
expand and break (which is where gains come from) in order to protect itself from this work overload.
