THEORY FROM Penis EnlargementRSONAL EXPenis EnlargementRIENCE

1. the rectus abdominus, transversus abdominus, and obliques are involved in the breathing process mainly exhalation.
2. our noses are designed for breathing, not our mouths.
3. if you open your mouth your nasal chambers become blocked.
so...
by keeping your mouth closed you can more efficiently breath and activate the muscles involved in breathing

1. your rectus abdominus, transversus abdominus, and obliques all function in compresssing the abdomen and stabilizing the pelvis. ultimately this would include your intestines and your anus.
2. your prostate contracting and relaxing is a function of the anus.
so...
it would be reasonable to assume that your prostate could in some way be considered a core muscle.

CONCLUSION
1. when performing kegel exercises keeping your mouth closed can help you more effectively activate and develop it.
2. when trying to perform a reverse kegel keeping your mouth open can help you more effectively relax the prostate.

mouth closed: lips touching, relaxed, teeth do not need to be clenched or touching
mouth open: lips not touching

i know this is contrary to other ideas i have presented (nobody's perfect =)), but give it a try and see if you notice a difference.
overall, im still a strong believer in the idea that overtraing is prevalent in pe. granted you may still see gains, but
you could be getting those gains much easier if you understood that growth is achieved by expansion itself and not the time of
expansion. however it long takes for you to expand the tissue is where you should stop and then allow to heal and come back
and repeat under that same time/reps frame otherwise your body's defense mechanisms will fire and make the tissue harder to
expand and break (which is where gains come from) in order to protect itself from this work overload.

bye.

Real interesting knowledge thanks:) I wonder if it works the same when performing exercises like stretching and stuff.

Please explain how opening your mouth makes the nasal chambers blocked?? I breathe perfectly fine with my mouth open...

Kegels aren't that complicated to do... it should be irrelevent whether your mouth is open or closed when you do them. I don't think that most people are grunting while doing them... Am i off base here?? maybe i'm being too dense and not getting it??

stop breathing with your mouth, its a cause for hyperventilation, which carries many diseases

Breathing through the mouth is perfectly normal. In fact, during situations of low oxygen concentration in blood plasma, ALL ANIMALS BREATH THROUGH THEIR MOUTHS in attempt to restore higher levels of oxygen concentration in the body. Furthermore, and this is directed to sparky, many of us have little choice in whether or no to breathe through the mouth, especially with summer upon us, my allergies are a bitch and, often, breathing through the nose is impossible.

Additionally, anatomically, the abdomin and obliques are involved in mouth breathing also.

I think Score is right. At least my limited personal experience and reading seem to indicate. Sure you can still breath with your nose when your mouth is open but the breaths don't come as easy and aren't as deep. And yes our breathing involuntarily is often through our mouths and using our muscles but only slightly to fill the upper portion of the lungs. This doesn't mean it is optimal. One should breath filling from the abdomen up; from the abs to the obliques and breaths should be slow and regular. After a while this will be involuntary. Breathing in this manner will help one think clearer, release tension, perform better and last longer. Proper breathing should not be underestimated. Monks attain higher states of being just by concentrating on breathing! Long deep regular breaths regulate biorhytHydromaxs too. Subtle differences make all the difference. Trust me these things hes talking about are useful. I mean these are penis exercises; technique matters.
aside from all the above mentioned:
  • Breathing properly during intercourse will tap you into yourself making you more aware of your pleasure thus allowing you to extend sex.
  • By using your abs and obliques while contracting on in the inhale will allow for a stronger, longer rep when doing kegels. This leads to a healthier overall sexual system and increases blood flow, stamina etc. It also allows for greater power to suppress climax if you are at the PONR.
  • Also by contracting slightly the part of yyour PC muscle cloest to the anus while in certain positions, near the point of ejaculation, you can orgasm without actually ejaculating. However your abs must be contracted and your upper leg about 90º to the body.

Where do you get this from?? Because it's nonsense...

I'm not sure I'd toss this idea out- outright because over time mouth breathers (tonsils or allergy's) will develop a recessed lower jaw if said breather is young.

Will breathing a certain way make my penis bigger?

No but breathing right will take the stress of them dam pelvic floor muscles, at least this is what I think is happing to me, really great information.
