2 weeks ago i did a good flaccid kegel routine for a week....

I had never seen my CS so pumped up....I thought it looked pretty sweet, even after the first night I could feel and see the difference.....
At the end of the week I was harder, My CS was pretty blasted I was blowing bigger loads farther than before....

Then for the same reason I cant seem to get my life together :D
I stopped doing them for the next week (and Im glad I did)

The first thing to go was the CS, shrunk down to fuck, then my dick wouldnt get as hard, and last night I blew a most pathetic load, yes, most pathetic of all my days.....
ANd when id blow I would feel like I was stressing my PC when it would spasm ( thats how it always felt before and now that I know my PC was so weak it was stressin and it doesnt feel good at all)

So i said thats enough....and I did a kegel routine, and today after one routine my dick feels better than all last week....

And one last thing, my kegel routines are pathetic compared to other guys here (what i seen anyways)...Il do like a couple sets of 200 quick flexes throw in a few 5 second holds and im done, takes me like 5 minutes....ALL FLACCID.....erect kegeling does absolutely nothing for me....

yea i started up my kegel/reverse kegel routine about a week and a half ago.. hopefully it helps with gains.
 
I try to get in the habit of doing a few hundred quick ones in bed before I sleep aswell as when I jelq. It will help gains and more importantly penile health....youre gonna need to pump lots more blood into that bigger dick of yours!
 
i do a hundreds of em during my girth routine, do you guys think i should do em flaccid too?
 
has anyone here tried to do the erect-towel-lifts from the "Zenno Jojido"-post from 9cyclops9? i only managed to make a few because my erection subsided and the towel slipped off. i tried it because they said it would raise your erection-angle. has anyone achieved this with this exercise? if so i would give it another try ... maybe along with some ����.
