Hi everyone, Im new on Penis Enlargement, start 2 months ago with jelq, hang and pump, now for some reasons i got no time to continue this way, so i decide quit jelq and keep hanging and pumping (just jelq the minimum to warm up, before and after each exercise) but im wonder if is this good enough???
