Hey all ,

Just started thinking of a point when it comes to jelqing , is there any difference when it comes to attaining gains if a person CONTINUOUSLY jelqs in contrast to a person who Jelqs for a limited no. of sets and them gets his erection back and does it for another limited number of sets ??
 
People exercise different ways. Just do what works best for you. You're looking for a good tissue stretch and fatigue without a ton of fluid build-up or any overextension. Experiment until you start to get good results.
 
you mean consecutive reps? Eventually after x amount of repetitions your dick gets less erect and there really aint no point in jelqing near 50% erect if you going for girth. Stop, get back to 80% or whatever you see fit and continue.
 
So generally the stoppage time has nothing to do with the potential of the gains ...i am kinda obsessed over what i do especially when it comes to P.E i am looking forward to work on length using Jelqs at a lower erection but despite the fact that the erection level is low there are certain instances eg. after 50 Jelqs that ur dick becomes flacid and stopping and regaining that erection mite have an effect on the intensity of the jelqs so i was wondering if these will have an over effect in the gains department coz basically what we are doing is just trapping blood and jelqing it towards the head, is it free from any of the conditions i mentioned above or i shuld take my time and focus on milking the trapped blood to the head making sure the time lapse in regaining the erection is no longer than 30 seconds. I stumbled on an old skool text on Arabic jelq and the author mentioned CONTINIOUS jelqing for 30 minutes which after a trial seemed impossible to maintain coz the dick looses blood and becomes flacid.

Firstly, there is no evidence whatsoever that jelqing has any sort of ancient roots - Arabic or otherwise. That's pretty much a Penis Enlargement urban legend, so don't worry about some ancient online manual.

Secondly, I can advise strongly enough that you don't worry too much about one school of thought or another when it comes to Penis Enlargement. There are tons of different ideas about how you should do what, and for how long, and how often, etc. Everybody thinks they know the ultimate routine/exercise combination. From reading the forums for a long time and also personal experience, I can tell you thar figuring out what works best for you individually is a lot more productive than just subscribing yourself to somebody else's idea of a perfect workout.

Mess around with the jelqing - different periods of time, intensity, erection level, all that stuff - and pay attention to your body. Stick with what seems to be giving you the best results.
 
I have jelqed for 50 minutes before at the highest intensity I could go and still not lose my erection afterwards. I personally believe however that after Jelqing so much in a day, you benefit less and less because after a certain point your penis simply needs time to heal.

Over the few weeks I've been doing jelqing, etc... I've had various levels of erection and various times of keeping the erection or losing it. What I found was this... sit by yourself with no TV or music or anything else as a distraction and really concentrate on each jelq. The pressure (not too much or you just squeeze your dick soft, not too little or it does nothing - find your own pressure level), the time of each jelq (I go for 3 secs each), feel the expansion. If you really do concentrate on each of these points for each jelq then you shouldn't lose your erection level. It's the only way that works for me.

I did start to add too much pressure too soon and my dick suffered. Internal aching and no erections for a few days so don't squeeze too much too soon. I know everyone keeps saying it but listen to your body (that's why you need to really concentrate), it's different for eveyone. Find what works for you but don't watch football or whatever you like to watch while jelqing because it's a distraction and you will lose your erection.

Hope that all makes sense, all the above is what works for me so you might have to change it slightly to suit yourself but only you can answer that.

Feel the exercises, it took me a while to understand this phrase but when you do understand it your exercising will become more enjoyable and more productive.

Oh i nearly forgot, my jelqing lasts from 30 - 40 mins without losing my erection.
