with taking arginine (aakg) lysine and red ginseng. I take 3 grams of aakg, 1 gram of lysine and 2 capsules of red ginseng. I take it on an empty and then wait 30 min to start my girth work. I'm wondering if eating something 30 min after taking this stack then starting my workout will make it's effects optimal; maybe waiting longer than 30min.. I think this beats any of those rip off penis enlargement pills promising gains as they simply contain vasodilators and aphrodisiacs. I also want to mention I primarily clamp along with jelqs, Ulis, and edges. Does anyone use any of these supplements alone or in conjunction? Lets here some feedback.

i dont know if this correspeonds to the question,,but when you train physically ie, weighlifting ,circuit training,,the hour after training is called the majic hour,,,when youre body is exhausted that is when youre body takes in 90 percent of the protein you eat ie amino acids and such,,whereas your body when not doin nothing will only take in about 20 percent during the day or when unworked,,we need amino acids to grow which is in protein,,maybe this is the same principal for pe,,i have a tuna butty after jelqing and maybe a protein shake i also do the weights but,i think personally it definetly helps,thats when your penis is gunna need it most the majic hour after you train it will take in everything you feed it because it obviously needs good nutrition, i think it is the same principal meself..like if you dont have anything to eat and jelq and you do that constantly obvious youre not gunna make the gains yes id say that do:cool: es apply
 
so your saying instead of taking 2-3 scoops of protein right after its better to wait an hour(weight lifting)
