Hey Guys,

Can Tunica stretching be the missing link to gaining ultimate gains ?? Seeing as if Lig Stretching is limited, I have started to focus on TUnica stretching every day.

I got a few questions,

Can the Tunica be stretched three times a day, or should i invest all my energies into one session,
Should i always WARM up in order to stretch the TUNICA ??

I go to classes, and i have free classes .so i thought of stretching my Tunica , instead of doing something baseless. ??

DLD ? Still ? Albert ?? anyone can shed some light on the BENEFITS of TUNICA stretching ?
 
after all i've read around here, tunica stretching is kicking in like a motherfucker...since i started pe about 3 months ago, i stick to the newbie routine but i tuned it with some tunica stretching...
i think warming up is useful for the tissue, just a feeling.

you are doing good when you hear the pop!
 
fairly simple. If you have a low lot focus on tunica if you have a high lot focus on the ligs. It should change as you focus on it and stretch the desired area and you may start at ligs then move towards tunica after a couple months.

Try reading about DashDeming's Hardcore Hanging in the hanging forum. It's a sticky thread. Stretching every 6 hours is what medical personell do for when they need to stretch out a patient's tissues, but that's only what I've read.
 
I just started reading this forum? Sorry for the stupid question. But what is the tunica stretch? it sounds effective, can some tell me or post a link of it?
 
If you could continuously stretch the entire tunica and supplement this new growth with girth work I'd assume you could go pretty far. Tunica stretching is slow and arduous and making these "unlimited gains" are greatly effected by time. I say, settle back, plan on doing Penis Enlargement for the rest of your life and see how far "time" will take you.
 
DLD ? can u please spare some time from ur busy schedule and give me an idea as to how one should approach when it comes to tunica stretching,

How intense should he be ?? is there any risk in getting injured since ur penis is twisted ??
