I started at below six inches and am now 7 inches BPEL.
I am bigger than I used to be, now I just PE for maintenance and keep sexual function at optimal (EQ, endurance and etc.) My goals have shifted since I started, I now value function and sexual health over size. However if I gain size from my current routine, which I will, I'm not going to be unhappy.

Does it not fade a little while after your session? I get this during, but it disappears within half an hour, max. Try grabbing the shaft for stretching rather than the head, and you shouldn't have to squeeze too hard with your grip in order to get a good stretch on. Are you remembering your hot wrap to warm down after your session?

Well, I assume you ask about my length routine. I changed it along the way but I'll tell you what I do now:
First, I jerk off. Then I do a warm up and start do the exercises:
I stretch down, left, right, forward and up, each for 30 seconds and use the DLD Pulse 110 when I stretch. I repeat that 3 times and between those repetitions I do Mendingo stretch 30 seconds to right and 30 seconds to left, and 30 seconds A-stretch too.
I do this 5 times a week and use as much intensity as possible. I assume that in the future I'll add more time to the stretches, to keep progress, 45 seconds and then 60 seconds...
That's it basically, relatively simple IMO.
