Is there a ring or anything you can put on your cock during sex that pushes back on your fat pad so your bpel is alive during sex?

No there is no such thing.You need to lose weight for the fat pad to dissapear.

Not with a fatpad Acro.
You know you have to compress the fatpad to reveal the penis buried behind there.
The complete approach is to remove the fat-store on the abdomen which would then leave the penis exposed close to the pelvic bone as nature designed it to be.

A way to push the skin back n stick the hidden inch n half off your body expressive stretching but takes time i believe
 
The only way to go about this is to get rid of the fat pad.
 
What I used to do when I was still having sex and I had a fat pad I would just push it back with my hand to expose the underlying penis during blow jobs and such. In sex it matter little as the fat pad will not prevent you from using the entire penis, the fat pad will naturally push back as you push in.
