I'm a little confused on which is the better method to do. The user, kausion_420 says to do 70-85% erect stretching, but DLD says 100% erect stretching. Which way is more effective for growth?
 
I saw the quickest erect permanent gains doing stretches at 80%. The reasoning for this is because you still have that extra elasticity to be able to stretch the erect length to meet the flaccid stretched length. If you stretch 100% you are probably only going to see temp gains and may also cause yourself some injuries.
 
Hey, Mike. I posted a topic almost identical to this a couple of days ago. Basically I was asking about semi erect stretching (didn't put percent on it). I was thinking the same way. I think I agree with Kausion in that doing stretches partially erect, you feel more "elasticity" and can feel a better stretch. I think there is some value to fully erect stretching for sure, but to switch things up, maybe mix in straight up flaccid, semi-erect, and erect stretching. I think I'm gonna try to hit all three to see what develops.
 
I guess if you were really wanted to go hard you could try something like this.

Flaccid stretch for 1 month or more: Get your flaccid stretch length to surpass your erect length by a great deal.

100% stretch once your flaccid stretch length is alot longer than your erect. Month 2 or what have you. From doing this you should see some good temp gains but your flaccid stretch will still surpass your erect by a half inch or inch.

Now do 80% erect stretches. This will bring your flaccid stretch and your erect stretch lengths to par. At least it did for me.

Once that is accomplished maybe take a month or two off and try the cycle again.
 
i go for it in the 50-80 range, like K said its all about the elasticity, at 100% i cant really get a good grip and even when i do get a good one it just feels weird, like im either gonna get no gains or hurt myself badly......

Any stretching will be effective 10% all the way up to 100%. My thoughts are the actual type of effect the different degrees have on the penis. Flaccid through semi-erection seem to be more effective with basic gains as 100% seems to be more effective at closing the gap between bone pressed erect length and flaccid stretched bone pressed length.
 
So I'm wondering then... the difference between my erect length and flaccid stretched is .5 inches. Seems like erect or near erect stretching is what I should be doing to close the gap. But how many guys out there have the same or very near the same erect and flaccid stretched length? Does a gap between the two always have to be there? I really wanna hit the next level and close that .5 inches. Should I hold off on flaccid stretching and focus on erect or near erect stretches?

My flaccid stretch and my erect length were the same last time I checked. I used the erect stretchs to close the gap, should work for you as well.
 
Thanks, Kausion. But would you say that it is uncommon for most guys to have the same measurement? It would seem as though most people have some sort of difference, like NBP vs BP. I know it's not exactly the same...maybe I'm fishing here...
 
Yes most people will have a different erect length to flaccid stretched length. They will also have a difference in NBP to BP due to a fat pad they may have.
 
So basically what is being said here is that semi-erect/fully erect stretching provides results?

When did everyone start doing erect stretching??

I always thought erect stretching was bad.

When you stretch while erect, aren't you only stretching the ligaments that hold your dick up, not the ones that effect length? The tunica would be too ridgid to lengthen, no?
 
quick question, how do you get an erection to stay at like 80 %, like if i start to get erect and have not m-bated that day it will go 100% after a while. Do you guys like, look a �naked people movies�, turn it off stretch then come back when it starts to go down, sounds like it takes alot of thought to stay in that percent range

Anesthesia, that's a good question. What I usually do is watch �naked people movies�, but I turn off the volume so I don't hear women screaming (which really turns me on). I basically concentrate on my stretching and when I get too flaccid I look at the action, then look back down and stretch.
 
That's basically it. Get erect, let it die down a bit, stretch, repeat...
