Hello I think I went to another pg last week before I responded ! Sorry ! I seem to switch mine up, alot, now. I use Bathmate3 to 5 days/ week, and
SG every day now, for past month, along with all the manual stretches I learned on here. Overhand/wrist stretches after using my heating pad for about 10 min. On the
Bathmate hurting your balls, it did mine along with a lot of other guys. I use mine in shower, and before I got my
SG, would shower in warm water, almost hot for a few minutes, to loosen up and let em hang down as much as they would, and start out slower.
These guys on here have tried everything before I have, and for the most part, I learned from every one on here. DLD has put in tons of time, learning and researching what works and what does'nt.
I have'nt tried hanging , yet anyway ! I did
Bathmate Blasters and they work ! But I think the manual stuff is an anchor of sorts to success.
Get some of the sleeves. I tried all kinds of stuff,and am now out, and need to re order. One thing Ihave been trying, is a plastic sheet, curled into a tube and slid into the
Bathmate. I got no goiter marks whatsoever. Now to find out how to attach it ! attach, remove to clean and re attach.
