Honestly guys, after 2 months I'm struggling to see improvement.
I've been at this for over a year now and 2 months ago I started with btc inner penis stretching where I crouch in a catchers position and grab my penis at the base and stretch left and right.. Is this a good routine? I'm worried cuz I'm not even seeing flaccid gains and I've been doing this for 2 months.
Should I be performing this completely flaccid, 20-40% flaccid or erect? It feels different at all levels. What's the best? Can u give me some advice on how to perform this perfectly? I'm tryin hard and want to see my efforts.
