I was thinking a couple of mornings a week really go for stretches, upto ten sets of 30 second holds, up, straight out and downwards.

And on other days do the normal 3 sets.


What do you think?
 
Any thing you can get in will help. The more you do the better results. 5 or 10 min her and there can really add up. I would keep doing whatever you can.
 
I would say it can help however you need jelqs as well if you want the big quick gains.

Stretching really only works the ligaments.
