My current routine follows the Newbie Routine - 1 round by hand and 2 rounds at 45s each stretch with LM. I was doing all my LM stretches bundled, usually just half a turn, and thought I was doing good.

Turns out I haven't been getting good stretches. At the end of my stretching a few nights ago I did some non bundled stretches and felt so much more in my ligaments and the base of my penis than I did bundled. Basically the past month + I've been doing minimal stretches and more tunica work than anything.

So I've learned, I'll adapt, and I'll soldier on.

I'll still continue doing A and Y type stretches bundled with the LM before starting LM stretches. My straight down, out, and up stretches will also still be bundled, one stretch for each direction of twist, but I'll focus less on the amount of twist and more on the pull.

Just a case of listening to your body. I wasn't paying attention to where I was feeling the pull at and I don't think I've gotten the growth I could have.

Bundled stretching will, in most cases, not bring any soreness to the base. Once Bundled the stretch is going mainly to the shaft of the penis, hence Tunica stretching. When we do basic stretching, without being bundled, the stretch goes mainly to the ligaments causing soreness at the base for most men. I would not drop Bundled Stretches, I would use them as they are now being used, to pre-stretch the Tunica before your length or girth routine.

Yeah after my round of stretches by hand my LM warm up will be with bundled A and Y type stretches (I get a total of 4 minutes there). My straight out/up/down are also done twice so I can twist in both directions. Plus I'm doing some of my rotary cranks with half a twist, just depends on where I'm feeling the stretch.

Every stretch hurts and they're supposed to but I simply wasn't paying attention to WHERE it hurt. Hopefully my goof up has done some permanent tunica stretching to make my regular stretching easier.

The past few days I'm swinging much longer and lower after a length workout now that I've dropped so many bundled stretches. It's a glorious thing for sure and makes me happy to see that I caught my error.

I am glad you found the error too so you would not go on in the wrong direction. I was really hoping that a complete Bundle Routine would be quite gainful and you and one other person was doing this. Maybe we will hear something different from the other user. Everything works but not everything is for everyone. Finding what works for you is most important.

If I could get the right pull at the base I would keep doing a 95% bundled routine. I may try adding a quarter turn once I'm already in my stretch and see what happens. It's possible that I'm just not getting into my bundled stretch properly (or maybe just the right way for me).

I'm trying to get as much as I can out of regular BM and LM work without having to go to things like hanging, wearing devices all day, etc. If I can keep some tunica deformation in my regular stretching hopefully that'll keep me growing for longer. I don't have anything against those things but if I get halfway to my modest goal and have to go to extreme measures to get the rest it's going to be difficult.
 
I was experimenting last night and some I can get a half twist and still feel plenty of pull in the base. Others I can't get more than 1/4 to 1/3.

DLD, just for you, I'm going to keep doing as many bundled as I can. I know it's for my penis and growth but we'll see how well it works.

I did some erect Bundles last night for the first time and I could only get a quarter twist but so intense!

I'm nowhere near ready to start trying erect stretches.

Even doing 1/4 twist during a stretch can be intense. I'm starting my stretch and applying the twist during, not before the stretch. So I'm already pulling hard and then adding even more to it.

Perhaps not erect bundles but you should be doing 5 minutes of erect stretching 3 times a week. This is the fastest way to close the gap between your FSBP and your ELBP.

I'll see if I can work that in. I'm a little apprehensive about trying that with the LM, seems like it could be very painful. Does stretching in the Bathmate count?

Do not fear Bundles in the LM, just take it easy and gentle until you feel comfortable. There is no better bundled stretch than that done in the LengthMaster. As a matter of fact, the LengthMaster was created so we could do rolls and twists, all the other benefits became obvious as Brothers used it. You can do Expressive Stretching with your BathMate using BathMate HardCore Stretching.

Would the Bathmate stretching count towards erect stretches though? Or does it need to be dedicated erect stretching?

No as HardCore BathMate stretches are an Expressive Stretch (Gaining by pulling out internal penis) while Erect Stretches close the gap between BPFL and BPEL. They also lend heavily to the healing and cementing process.
 
I also have the LengthMaster and I do them bundled and then do them non bundled, it's the best way imo. I also do bundles without the outward stretch. Basically the stretch for those is more turning, when I reach the point I can't twist anymore, I twist just a little more lol. Add kegels while you are bundled and you will have a new dick in weeks.

I must warn you though, if you have sex with this new dick it's a lot like feeding stray cats, the hoes won't want to leave.

So you're saying to kegel while doing bundled stretches? That sounds really hard to do. I can airways give it a shot when I get back into the swing of things....

Which I think will be next week. I did a few manual stretches last night right before getting into the shower and I felt okay. No pain around the hernia repair. Didn't try any BTC stretches but I think I'll be okay. At least 2 weeks of manual stretches before using the LM again.

Need to find a good ruler so I can get progress pics.

How long have you been using the LengthMaster? How long does your LengthMaster session last? What type of gains have you made so far from using the LengthMaster.
