I have been having EQ problems for about a month. It started when i was slowly getting back into using my SG. I had it at the medium setting and was doing 3 15 minute sessions for about a week.
I noticed a slow reacting and about 70% erectile strength member.
So i stopped immediately but kept up with heat bag sessions a few times a week. I have not noticed my EQ getting better and my kegals done 20 times per day have not seemed to improve anything.
So my question is that have i injured myself and if so what type of injury have i done .When i am erect and i squeeze my kegal muscle i use to be able to make my memeber spring up and down but not much if anything happens now.
Wwhile I have read alot about ligament damage but i dont know if i did this .
Before this week of using Sg i had through the roof rock hard Eq quality and i was at a good 8 inches of length .But now i am regularly at about 7 1/4 inch and low in Eq strength.
I have seen my doctor but he does not think i have a hernia or noticed any abnormality on my private areas. I did have some scrotal pain but that has long gone away.
So to prevent any furthur damage what would be a course to recover my normal Eq quality .
I have been now taking Ashwaghanda and l-arginine to help any recovery if thats possible
So what should i do ?? Thanks for the Help
 
I had something similar happen to me a few years ago. With me, the problem started from hanging too much weight. No matter what I did I couldn't get my penis more than 50% hard. I was really worried that I had seriously injured my penis. I stopped doing Penis Enlargement except for some light jelqing. I bought some Stamina-RX and started taking one before I jelqed. I started getting more blood flow to my penis and my erections returned to normal.
 
I also forgot to inform you guys that i can go from near 100% erection at the start of stimulation and then the blood flow drops off to about 50% and then back up to about 70%.
Then in a few minutes the blood flow builds back up to near 100% and if i keep massaging it the blood flow drops off.
What would you guys do ? Is it safe to go back to low pressure Bathmate use and then slowly build up the Bathmate use if my erect state and blood flow increases?
I just dont know if i have damaged myself and if it is smart to see a urologist or start back up with at least the Bathmate.
Did i stretch my ligaments too much by doing a week of the SG at a level of resistance that my body does not like.
 
That is fine, varying erection levels are normal and actually add to the process of gaining.
 
Thanks guys for the help , i actually started to use the Bathmate again and did 10 minutes of low level pressure for the last couple of days and man did i get some massive pump from it . Maybe i have gained too fast for my body to adjust to and i got scared and stopped for a month, But now i will get into it again and i know now all good things take time and to warm up for any good gains.

Maybe i have gained too fast for my body to adjust to and i got scared and stopped for a month, But now i will get into it again and i know now all good things take time and to warm up for any good gains.

How much gains have you made so far?
