This is true but I really would like to have a rep on the board who can answer these issues with greater speed. I am thinking about asking Agust if I can serve this function and have access to customer data.

Exactly what I was thinking, they should get you on the clock as well. You would be able to save them so much hassle!

I know I'd be much happier if someone here could answer me or give me tracking. I'd shut my mouth no matter how long it would take if i KNEW when it was coming. but to walk outside every day waiting for the UPS guy is getting really discouraging!! lol i'm a bit upset because next i'll be ordering the extender and the other thing... forget what its called... to give leverage on the stretches. ill prob have to wait a month for those too.

well..... at the very end of the day when all hope was given up..... i received my precious precious Bathmate lol. Tried it out twice already.
