Jhontexas,

I have had have something very similar and never received an answer either. Mine has never gone away. It will go down but if I do a good jelq session its right back. Mine is exactly where yours is and only on the right side. Mine is hard. Definately not a t-vein eother. I have had those from clamping. Maybe I ll do a jelq session and take a pic. Never seems to affect anything though just added girth. Too bad its uneven

I finally figured out what i belive it is after reading non stop forum and this forum Its called lyphocele of the penis. Or the proper doctor term is Sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis. according to them its trapped fluid due to aggravated sex or masturbation. It seems theres not a whole lot written on the topic and some people have had it for a long time. its caused by complete blockage of lymph vessel due to clot formation. If you google any of those terms above you will see photos and it seems a lot of people in this commmunity are getting confused with a t-vien and i dont mean this community i meant on the whole web in general.

Its really interesting stuff im just worried it wont go down cause some people have claim it hasnt. all the best guys. I was wondering if any of the pros on here have heard of this or what to do. Thanks everyone for the replies.

hey dld . Yeah i actually went to a urology doctor and he said thats what it pretty much it is. He said it also could be a clot but pretty sure is penile lymphocele (trapped fluid) . he said i probably have nothing to worry about . He said its very superficial meaning he said its just right under the skin. He said even a lot of doctors miss diagnose cause its one of those things where yeah its rare enough where doctors hear about it but the same time usually goes away on its own rarley quickly.

A lot of guys on here have post and also on the web how they think they busted a vein but they have no pain just feels like a vein all the sudden just bulged out but in reality its probably they have penile lymphocele.

Im gona sit down and write a good detail article on it. so maybe you could sticky it in the bandaids section for all the guys to read if they ever experience this. Thanks.

From what little I can tell from the picture, it looks to be just a little swelling from fluid retention.
Try and adjust your grip to eliminate any "pinch-points" you may inadvertently create.

This type of swelling is what happens to most people doing length and girth work. It's more common with girth work. I've had it too. It's a hard lump and not a thrombosis vein.

The only time I got thrombosis vein was in 2017 when I jelqed for the first time and ainwas too hard on myself.

It's a hard lump and not a thrombosis vein.
Previously I got one at the base of my penis (it's gone now), and I had it for months...maybe 4 or more months or something.
Now I have one near my glans. I believe it's inflamed hair follicles, and that can happen when doing penis enlargement. As you say, it's not Thrombosis.

Definitely ingrown hair
