Hi everyone, I'm new to PE and bought an x40 from officialhydromaxpump.com on May 14. There was an issue with delivery, apparently it was mislabeled, and it was returned to sender. I've tried to reach them through the sales and help emails, the support button on the website, and even called (they were closed at 3pm GMT on monday and today). Have not received any replies. Not sure what else to do. Could Bathmate-Craig or doublelongdaddy please point me in the right direction?

Simply send a private message to BathMate Chris or BathMate Craig and they will get you all squared away.

I received the X40 earlier this week, but quickly returned it for a refund as I think it was faulty. It leaked air bubbles even after adjusting the valve and other things mentioned on this site (cleaning etc.). I noticed that the part of the valve that holds the black pip is a small amount larger in diameter compared to my X30.

On the x40 I received the pip can move a small amount when inserted, I'm guessing that caused the air bubbles to seep in. On my x30 the pip can barely move at all when inserted meaning a completely air tight seal. I'm not sure whether that's an intentional design choice or whether it was a manufacturing error. So for now I've gone back to my x30 and am unsure whether I should get an x40 again as it may have the same problem. As the process of packaging it up and returning it is a hassle.

Hi there!

I just bought a HydroMax X40 yesterday.

Payment and dispatch same day, no quibbles, no fuss...

The order page mentioned membership to MOS included, so how do I go about getting it to work?

Send order no. to DLD? through PM? e-mail?

thanks

Jay

DLD I'm about placing an order for the Hysromax X40 extreme through your recommended link but I want to ask something. Will I be able to pay with Paypal? Will they allow me to use a different shipping address from my billing address? Thanks.

Yes, they take PAYPAL, on the payment page look for it.

Yes, simply send your receipt number and I will give you your free membership.

Hi everyone, i'm about to order the Bathmate, through the MOS link, and i found out there's some input to fill with a Coupon Code. Before purchasing it, i wanted to ask if there's any Coupon Code right now available from Matters of Size.
Thanks in advance.

If I'm not mistaken, the discounts are already included. It should show a price then show a lower price under it if it has a coupon applied.

BathMate does not discount their pumps anywhere, they stopped doing this due to knock offs. The price is the price but we do give you bonus extras that make it an extremely good deal. You get a free membership to MOS, a $65.00 value. You also get a case and towel that come with the package. You also get an extended 5 year warranty.

If you find a BathMate that is discounted it is FAKE.

I have to say I'm VERY disappointed in bathmates customer service. I ordered the x30 back in June, and after a full 50 days of use, I decided the x30 was too small as I started developing extreme bruising/cuts around the base of my penis from the gaiter pinching me (e.g. Started at 5.75 but after one pumping session would grow to an impressive 6.5+). I went on to the bathmate/hydromax official website where I purchased my pump and followed the instructions to return the pump by sending an email to the provided link. I sent multiple emails within a week with no response to any (see previous page post where another member had the same issue).

After multiple attempts and no response I finally gave up. I packed up the hydromax and put it away only to be forgotten about until yesterday while moving. I decided to jump back on their website and try once more to send an email, and noticed the "contact" email they provided had changed. I sent the email and was immediately greeted by someone within 5 minutes! I told him about what had happened, showed him the proof of purchase along with proof of the emails I had sent within my 60 day trial only to be told that i was out of luck and it was my fault for taking so long to contact them!

This rubbed me the wrong way as I did everything I could to follow the 60 day trial rules and tried multiple times to reach out to their "support". Also the way the customer service representative replied to my email was somewhat rude and had an implied tone to it by using all caps on certain words.

After using google to see if there were any similar experiences to mine, I came upon a link for this website and noticed that DLD was a strong ambassador for bathmate/hydromax, so i figured I would share my story. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely believe the pumps work, and I was thoroughly happy with the results I was starting to see, however I feel I did not receive fair treatment for the trial period as all I wanted to do was exchange my x30 for an x40 (and happily pay the difference of course).

DLD- I actually ordered through the hydromax official website (not through the forum or affiliate links).

I would be happy to PM you my order confirmation or anything else you might need if you'd like.

Thanks in advance
