I have bought Xtreme X40 through MOS website.... have pretty some question, Though I have sent DLD an email to get the rest of the benefits. Once I was told to get a higher size for what I need so it will work longer, I did so. Actually I should get X30 but I bought X40 and received it yesterday.

Question I am using Extender pretty much 8 hours a day as average. so Can I use the X40 in the middle like after using extender for 4 or 5 hours and then use X40 after that continue extender work? Is it okay?

That will work fine. You will have a harder time getting fully extended after girth work but it is good to do this from time to time. So expect better length results prior to girth work. I think it would be smarter to end the day with your girth work instead.

Huh? I have not been informed on this. I will have to get a sample to review. BathMate always sends us products first, wonder what happened? Maybe LIGHTNING got it and never sent it to me. I will request a sample for review.
