Following some pretty great results in my own P.E. routine and mention in DLD's new article on Understanding PE... I figured it was time to get a good instructional out for how to do bundle stretches with the SG (not at all because I want to win this months contest and get PF or LM ::hint::hint::likethispost::hint::hint)
By now most of know what the bundle stretch is, and a large portion of us have adopted it into our routine for training (either manually or using the LM). For those that don't, the bundle stretch is a penis stretch in which the penis is first twisted to apply the stretching pressure on the tunica itself, targeting the tunica for girth and length gains. The challenge with the bundle stretch has always been applying enough twist and stretch and for a long enough period of time to actually cause the tunica to increase it's capacity for expansion when filled. While doing bundle stretches manually for a few weeks I could not help but think that this stretch could not help but benefit from the long-term ADS capabilities and consistent pressure of an extender. The instructions that follow are the method I have come up with that has been working solidly for me for several weeks now. It has added measurable girth gains (an area where I have always struggled to gain) in 2 weeks time. So I wanted to share the knowledge (and of course because DLD asked me to, and he's the man).
Here is the equipment you will need for this stretch:
1 Extender (SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender or like competitor)
1 Comfort Strap
1 Silicone Sleeve (I am using an ABS Silicone sleeve)

Once you have everything. Take your silicone sleeve and fold it in half to create a thicker sleeve which will be easier to create pressure against the comfort strap. To explain it simply, by creating a larger diameter you are giving more surface friction against the comfort strap to prevent rotation after strapping in.

Take the folded silicon sleeve and place it on your Penis directly under the glans. Ensure to take a moment to pull all excess skin down below the sleeve to prevent pinching or irritation and create a more stable stretch for long periods of time.

Detach the upper and lower half of your Extender. Bear in mind that you will need significantly less length in the extender itself for these stretches. I normally stretch to about 9.25" in the SG for standard stretches, but with bundles I am between 6.5 and 7" in stretched length at 720 degrees of rotation. So be prepared to remove some rods.
Once the upper and lower half are seperated, place the lower half with base on your penis (if standing you can pull your waistband up to stabilize at this point as I have (see picture).

Now take your Penis and strap into the still disconnected upper half of the device. This allows you to strap in, get secure and comfortable at the right tightness without applying any stretch yet. This is also a very effective way to put the device on for normal stretches to ensure you get seated in the device properly before applying tension to the stretch. You can see I prefer to strap in slightly above half of the silicone sleeve itself, keeping part of the sleeve (the thickest part generally) above the comfort strap.

Now that you are securely strapped in, it is time to apply rotation/twist to the penis. Start rotating in one direction while trying to maintain a consistent length with medium to low pressure. Once you have rotated to the point that the Penis begins to deform by trying to wrap itself up you have reached a good rotation to start stretching. You may also notice in your first stretching set that you get some pull-back rotation or slipping from a rotational perspective, this is okay as you can adjust length tension to ensure there is still sufficient force applied to the tunica (you can see some slight slippage in my rotation as well). You will find that in your 2nd or 3rd set you will not slip as much as the Penis is getting comfortable in the stretch.

Once the Penis is at optimal twist (relative to each person) it is time to apply tension to the stretch. Compress the tension bars one at a time and connect them to the existing bars still in the comfort mounting system. You may need to apply medium to low pressure to get at a length to compress below the bar and connect them together. It usually works best to connect one, start threading the connection, then connect the other and screw it all the way in, then return to the first.

Once connected and tightened. It will be time to adjust the tension of the extender to your tolerance. While doing bundled stretches I usually go between 800-1000 grams (roughly) for 30 minutes in each direction.

Now that you are adjusted and stretching, I like to move the SG to the 12 o'clock position for the best tunica stretch possible. Once in the 12 position, I move my waistband up, then my shirt over the device and I am discreet enough to walk around the house without concern even in a T-shirt and pajama pants (as photographed).

That's the whole process gents. Bear in mind you have to stretch evenly in both directions to ensure your growth is also consistent and even. This has worked amazingly well for me and I hope it helps all of you just the same. I did my best to explain it as I understand it, but sometimes you make assumptions or forget pre-requisite knowledge and leave a detail out that might be key. Please let me know if you notice that anywhere or if you have any questions; please post them in the thread here for everyone's benefit and if it merits, I will update the original post as well.
