How often do you pump?

I've been pumping with my deluxe electric from VacuTech 6 days a week, and one day off even though the manual says you're supposed to do it every other day.

But, I haven't had any negative side effects near as I can tell!

After only two weeks of use, I've noticed a significant increase in vascularity, plus a bigger flaccid hang. I've also noticed stronger erections, and more pleasurable orgasms aswell!

Pumping rocks! It's definitely the most tolerable form of P.E in my opinion, aslong as you're mindful of safety.

At one time I was pumping 7 days a week, for at least 1 hour a day sometimes more. as long as I kept the pressure on the low side I had no ill side effects. But when I took the pressure up some for a long time, I got a bad donut, and erection strength would become weak, plus discoloration.

Your right pumping is great if done correctly. If not done right, you will regret your session until you heal from it.
 
i pump for about 10 to 20 minutes in between every 40 minute to 1 hour clamp session.

How high did you go?

The pressure at which I noticed significantly more fluid build up was 8Hg. This was when I first started though, so I might be able to tolerate it a bit more now that I've been using it for a few weeks.

However, I don't plan on surpassing 7Hg; even if I can accomodate higher pressure.

7Hg is as high as I will go. At 7Hg, I get barely any fluid build up, even after a 15 minute session.

Man, I took it high, then higher, then higher, my highest is around 23hg, do not do this, even if you make it out the session without any serious damage. That was my problem, I never had a big injury. But one day POP:O, it was like I had blisters inside my veins, like 5 of them on different parts of my dick. Then they turned in to things that look spider bites.?:( I had to pop them to get the puss out.>:( I still a one real good scar from that. that was an awaking for me. My pump has a green zone and a red zone on the HG meter, the green zone stops at 7HG, I usually stay just below that like 5HG. For a quick second I might put it on the borderline of green and red, that is usually on my last set for the last burst. Now I never take it over 8hg.

You cannot see the internal parts of your dick just the external. So you have no idea what is going on beyond the skin. At higher pressures, you are ripping the insides of your dick up, majorly. You want to rip them slowly, progressively. Not all at once, no blowout. I glad you are taking heed to my experiences!

The only "damage" I've seen so far are a few red spots, but I know I'm getting an effective work out because my dick feels sore afterwards.

Pumping really is a great method though. I don't know why more guys don't try it out.

At 7hg the pressure felt like it was not working, at the time I bought my pump I was clamping like crazy. I was doing ADC, and long intense clamping sessions everyday. The pressure at 7hg felt real weak compared to the pressure I got while clamping. So I though what the hell my dick can handle more. so I pushed to 10hg, this is where I began to really feel the pressure of the pump. But it was totally comfortable, so I kept pushing and pushing. My normal session at the time would be to go to 15 to 16hg. On my last set of the day I would push it as high as I could take it for roughly 60 to 90 seconds. That would usually be around 20hg. Real smart Ed.Point blank I got too overconfident and took it too far.

The results would come way quicker at higher pressures. Like in 10mins or less I was packing my 2in tube, the next sets would be done in my 2.25in tube. I could pack that rather quickly also, usually by the second set. I was fooling myself that this quicker way of getting thick was efficent. I was like hell I've not hurt myself yet so I must not be doing anything wrong, then that scary day came when I had a blow out. Fluid buildup came quicker too, but I was able to keep it under control somewhat by edging between sets.

Now it takes me at least an hour to pack my 2.25in tube.(at 5hg-7hg) But the results are clearly better. Erection strength, real extra girth,(not fluid buildup), no bruises, no busted veins, and the post workout pump lasts longer.

A few red spots are fine, do your best to keep them to a minimun. Yes pumping is great, you do see results immediately. Pumping an hour or 2 before sex is great too. I pump like 2 sets of 10mins before sex at 5hg and it does wonders for your erection strength and girth.

I did not suffer I fucking freaked out! :O It was like I was playing demolition with my dick!

Now I just laugh at it, because I did not do any real damage.

I pump five days a week and do manual stretches 7.Im also moving up yet another tube size!

But you know, Penis Enlargementing does toughen up the penis considerably.

A man that does Penis Enlargement on a regular basis, will have much stronger cell tissue compared to a man that has never done any form of Penis Enlargement.

If Crazyed had been a newbie to Penis Enlargement, he would have done far more damage I think..

But I'm sure he had been doing various forms of Penis Enlargement long before he took up pumping.
