Hey, I'm almost 4 months deep on a bath mate only routine and having delightful results. I don't want to slow my gains down of course, and I'm wondering what I should do with my routine. I generally do 3 sets of five. Sometimes I've done an extra 3 or 4 minute set but I tend to get a little more fluid retention. How many sets should I do and how long should I break between sets? Thanks for any help!
 
Once your results slow down then you want to increase intensity and do more time in the tube, more pressure, or another set

In between each set you should be doing a set of jelqing, this will keep the fluid retention away and brings much better tissue expansion. You can read about this in the SRT Thread.
 
Sounds pretty awesome, but I can't really jelq. Several years ago I overclamped and got a weird lymph vessel injury. I don't notice it anymore, but if I do any kind of extreme pressure on the vessel, especially ssj type stuff, the vessel clogs and takes several days to go back to normal😣
Only pumps and stretches for me.

Wow, sorry to hear that. You are able to pump though, right? I suggest pumping in sets of 10 minutes followed by deep tissue massage for 5 minutes in between each set. This will keep fluid retention down and allow you to gain good tissue expansion.
 
Interesting, ten minute sets? I've been doing five. The massage sounds wise. I can do pumping and all stretches except "behind the cheeks" which almost always causes problems, for some reason.
 
The thing is to find (my opinion) your current sweetspot pressure wise where you have 90-95% expansion and 5 -10 % FR and stay there until you have almost zero fluid retention and then increase to the next pressure level. Experiment and find your sweetspot cause everybody is different.

I do six sets at different pressure levels to get maximum expansion. Ex 155,165 ,175, 180, 185, 190. Once i pass 190 i seem to get a lot more FR versus expansion, that´s why am not pushing past 190 FOR NOW. Will pass 190 in the future but for now my dick is not ready and any time above 190 at the moment is only wasted cause of more FR. I have had my best expansion ever doing it this way. TRY:cool:

EDIT:

You should do the number of sets that seem to give you best expansion VS FR. If doing an extra set gives you noticeably more FR, skip that extra set FOR NOW.

This is pretty sound advice for a reasonable and responsible pump session.

I've read a lot about air pump and see they are a bit inferior to water pumps, but what I do LOVE about air pumps is that they have this thingy you can measure the pressure with and see what REALLY works for you and HOW it works. It allows people to gain full control over their pumping sessions. That was a really good advice! :)
 
OK, ramble starts.

I just read a bit and about this pressure; yes, air pumps have the gauge. For BM and other hydro pumps the gauge is somewhat relative to the length meter on the unit, but not very accurate.
One thing would be to modify a hydro pump to work with a pump "pistol." I mean, you just need to have a good attachment to the valve, water trap and there you go.
I think this is doable, although it would add more parts to the hydro pump. And one thing I like the hydro pump without modifications, is the easiness of it all.
But truly, monitoring the pressure etc., in that way air pumps with their gauge pistols (in better models) are great. Of course one can use a regular cylinder and use a water trap; a hydro pump! And more sizes available.

Several suppliers of air pumps actually do sell water traps along with their pumps. In the States I hear that you can get a cheap water trap from automotive stores. (Where you can also get the Mity-Vac pump pistol, if I'm not mistaken, for good price.) The prices in Europe are a lot higher from what I've looked around online.

I just wish i had used my BM extreme in this way from the start, then my already ridiculous results would have been even greater. When you find that current sweet spot expansion vs FR then i think what it all comes down to is time in your BM, like an ADS (but of course could be dead wrong) and repeating this routine multiple times a day with consistency. Been doing it this way for 1,5 - 2 weeks and am pretty certain visually i have past the big 6 girth wise which puts me at 1+ inch girth gain, but i will not measure until the 1:th of July so i can not tell you guys for certain, but am pretty certain visually:)

As bedtime reading guys i strongly recommend that you read EVERY post from a MOS member named Dan Clizer.

Hey there again!

Good to hear someone mention Dan Clizer! I also read his threads and posts longer time ago and they gave me good insight and work out ideas.
Lots of stuff about hydro pumping etc..
 
You guys also do this method of increasing pressure little by little? I usually push it to near-max from the start, and after it absorb/seal nicely I draw the remaining pressure which is working pretty good. I do receive fluid, but I think I would receive fluid regardless what do yall think?
