I think I'm gonna start doing standard jelqing just every other day and do basic stretching on my off days. I think Jelqing for me everyday has contributed to my lack of gains lately. After a day or 2 Rest my penis is so fired up that when I stretch it starts getting hard and during jelqing my penis rarely loses its level of erection. Afterwards I have a nice pump. But everyday thereafter it gets hard to maintain a level of erection during jelqin - every few minutes I would have to bring myself back up to that level. And after everything is over I have a decent pump, but not as good as that first day following rest and shortly after that pump my penis would look shrunk like its been overtrained - and this is only from roughly 15 min stretching and roughly 20 min jelqing. So I'm gonna switch to an every other day routine and hopefully this will be the way to lead me to gains.
