I have been PEing for almost an year now and yes I have gained 1.5 inches in NBPEL and 1.75" in BPEL
I have decided to take things up a notch and increase the number of exercises and frequency. My penis is conditioned so there is no need to worry about injuries
The problem is , my total workout if done properly will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes and i plan on doing these 2 days on, 1 day off
This is my routine.
I start with 50 DLD blasters each rep takes 10 seconds
Then I do basic manual stretching for about 25 minutes
I do these in the morning
And before i go to sleep, i will be doing 700 jelqs and bends combined with 30 reps of Isolated Compression squeezes . ( Each rep will last about 40 seconds)
(Been doing this for about 2 days now and my flacid penis is very very very soft haha, almost like rubber . i find myself randomly touching it just because its so squishy haha)

My goal is to get to go from 5.5" in NBPEL to 6"NBPEL and 4.3" EG to 5" EG before 31st of December 2017

IS this workout too long ? Also i plan on breaking it in half where I do a part of it in the morning and the rest at night!
 
It is not too long. The question for me is whether you are able to handle that amount of time over a long period of time. My time limit when it starts to hurt a little. This is a thing that comes with experience. I myself train when I feel like but I believe not many people work that way because then they would take time off to often.
 
workouts could last anywhere from a quick 5 minutes to a solid few hours, it all depends on how much time you have. Id say that one you have already made some good gains (such as yourself) i would try to up the intensity and try to get in as much time as you can. I have been on and off PE for the last 1.5 years... in my consistency prime (my first 3-4 months) i would do about 30-45 minutes every single morning of manual stretching then about 5 hours in the ujw and made about a .5" gain from that... from there on out i was fairly inconsistent. Now i am doing 5-6 times a week 2 20 minute hanging sessions with a good warmup and good 5-10 minutes manual session afterwards followed by an ads sleeve for the rest of the day.
 
Really depends greatly on how much time you have and how much you can handle. For me PE was a 12 hour a day thing. I was always doing something within that time and if I had the Phallosan at the time it would have been 24 hours a day. I wanted what I wanted when I wanted it and I was willing to whatever it took to get there. Most men will train for about an hour a day, and this is a decent amount of time. But when the SizeGenetics, Phallosan or PeniMasterPro are introduced a a great deal of time can be added to increase gains with little effort on the users side.

I've not gained a crazy amount but when I gained it was like 30 min 2 times a day I split length and girth that worked best for me just based on my availability.

To be honest I think what you are going is more important than the time getting good work in for 15 min is better than bullshitting for a hour

I usually do the same things as this, i will usually do a solid 20-30 minutes of manuals (or 20 minutes hanging and 10 minutes of manuals) in the morning and then usually hang for 20 minutes and do manuals for 10 minutes on my lunch break and for the rest of the day i will use either my VLC or ads sleeve as a means of passive PE to stay elongated.

I'm not a fan of manual PE so I will advice you get a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. Your body must have adapted to the feel and pull/stretching force of your hands. It is time to up intensity.
