I'm hanging my second set right now, and I just realized I have nothing to entertain myself with while I'm hanging. I could watch �naked people movies�, but that doesn't seem very safe since erections are supposedly a bad idea. I have my computer here, but the internet doesn't really interest me that much.

Books?
Homework?
Movies?
 
Yeah, I used to go on that site when I was younger. I'm trying to remove all negativity from my life, though. I'm also trying to get away from time wasting, so most websites are off for me.

On another note I hung 5 lb last set, i'm doing 7.5 lb this set, and I can still barely feel anything. I guess my stretching was really, really intense. I might try 10 lb in 15 minutes or so.
 
I do homework, read a book, watch a movie, and research my dick...although not all at the same time.
 
Read, Read, Read - excercise ur boy and ur mind... there are fewer better ways to burn an hour.

I read. I've got a huge list of books I want to read, but I fall asleep if I read in bed at night. This way I'm improving my body and my mind!

why not do an uper body workout? like arm curls , shoulder etc ? thats what i do . i also play video games

I don't know of any gyms that are hanger-friendly, haha. Seriously, I'd love to have my own gym in a garage or something, and find some key reel that extends about 25 feet, so I could walk around to different stations and work out, while extending my penis at the same time with the ADS fully naked.

When I work out I wear my ADS around my waist though.
 
i hang with my max vac , and i stand for the first 30 minutes in front of a big mirror , and i get some arm curls and what not in , kill 2 birds with one stone

i need to make a thread , i do alot of shit that you fuckers dont do;) ;) :)
