So I'm pretty new to the PE game, however not a complete newbie. Last year I was at 5.5" erect length and I didn't measure my starting girth. I didn't want to be average, and my best friend recently lost his virginity (We're highschoolers) and told me about the story and said the girl told him that his penis was the biggest she'd ever seen, and that she was all over it. I never even really considered my penis size being a problem, as all my other friends were between 5" and 6". In the football locker-room I was jut average, so I wasn't really self conscious about it. However, once I heard the story of my best friend, I looked up online about penis size, and the world average, and the ideal size, and that stuff. I decided I wanted a bigger schlong, so I snooped around the internet to see if it was possible and found �other forum� forum. I was really surprised it even possible and decided to give it a go. I followed the newbie routine for about 3 months. Basic stretches, jelqing, Pelvic floor flexes totaled up for about 30-40 minutes a day. I was a pretty fast gainer, and after those three months, I was at 6.25" erect length and 5.00" girth. I stopped since I was satisfied and my family started questioning why I was so motivated to wake up 40 minutes earlier every school and lock myself in the bathroom. After that I wanted to continue, but it was really hard to find privacy with my parents and my sister in the house, and my bedroom door doesn't have a lock. So I called it quits and was left fairly satisfied.
About a month ago I was chilling at a friends with my best friend there too, and someone made a dick joke, and then somehow the conversation got to asking each other how big we were (once again, we're highschoolers). My friend was 6", I was 6.25", and my bestfriend was 6.875". My best friend was surprised with my size, and he said he thought I would be bigger than him, since he said I seem to have that 'big dick confidence. I'm a pretty confident guy, I have decent looking face and a pretty great body (I do bodybuilding and did football). But then I thought, why not become a total stud?

I started looking up stuff about PE again and watched all of DLD videos on youtube, read the Newbie guides on PEGym, ThundersPlace, and right here on MOS. I read Hanging 101 on ThundersPlace and was very interested. I want to do hanging, as I mainly just want to gain some length right now and girth in the future.

So in short, I got an itch to get bigger. However, my situation and circumstances kind of call for a weird routine.

First off, I do nofap hardmode, since I'm trying to quit ���� and masturbation completely. That's another reason I stopped the newbie routine. It was kinda difficult to try quitting touching your dick when your touching your dick 30 minutes a day trying to make it grow. I want my routine to be (predominately) hands free.

Second, I don't have that much private time in my current living situation. With school, work, bodybuilding, and being at home with parents and a sibling, its kind of hard to get even an hour of private time consistently. I tried sacrificing sleep, but that definitely has a net negative effect on my overall wellbeing, so that's a no.

Third, I honestly don't want to spend an hour or two everyday actively doing PE exercises. Call me lazy or undedicated, but I have a lot more things that are important to me in my life than stroking my ego by getting a big dick. Nothing wrong with that goal for other people, its just not my number 1 priority. I want to create a minimalist routine that I can follow that will make gains over time, even if not maximal gains.

The idea I had was to start hanging before bed followed by using an ADS while I sleep. The only feasible way to do this for me would be doing a 20 minute intense hanging set with a homemade hanging implement, then putting on the ADS to heal in an elongated state at night. I could do this everyday, since before bed I normally meditate so my family knows not to disturb me.

I'm open to any feedback from anyone. I just want to know if I could make gains with this simple, consistent, minimalist routine My goals aren't crazy, I want to get to 7.5" erect length and 5.75" erect girth within a year or two. If you think it needs revision or complete restructure, please tell me. Thank you whoever reads this post and decides to take their time to give me feedback.

First off, welcome to MOS!! I think you will find the planet’s best collection of PE knowledge from the generous brothers here. I would suggest a couple things to start:

1. Make a Progress Thread with your starting and current measurements ( there are some good tips on how to measure properly as well). Post to this thread often so we can help you as you progress on your path.

2. Read the SRT thread - it is long, but worth understanding the theory.

3. Get a lengthmaster - you can do efficient stretching sessions in 15-20 minutes.

4. Get a Bathmate - essential and you can stack it with shower time as not to arouse as much suspicion.

5. Get a heating pad at a drugstore - they are cheap.

6. Get an ADS device you can wear under your clothes for “passive” healing work.

I have a little more privacy than you, but not much - I have to get creative and sometimes sneak in sessions here and there. It is challenging, but others have done it here.

I don’t have an exact answer to your hanging frequency question - I will leave that to the hanging veterans here.

Hope some of that helped, and feel free to reach out with questions. I will be watching this thread - you will make gains if you want them. The proof is in the members here...

Thank you for letting us know about the privacy issue. I understand this situation can be frustrating. I'm married and we have one daughter. Believe me, I know the frustration.

Could you give us an idea of your daily schedule and what this looks like?

MCBLZ is suggesting devices....do you have the budget to invest in these? If not, we can figure out another solution.

I think we can ship to anywhere but a PO Box unless the post office boxes large enough to take the delivery. But even if it comes to your house our products are triple packed and there’s no identifying marks that would tell anyone what’s inside the boxes

Got it - my issue is that either my kids or my wife rips open every box in the neverending stream that arrives every day (amazon junkies) BEFORE I get home. I have worked around it in the past, but just pondering options...

As for RPG: I am with MCBLZ, I would stay away from hanging at this time. 20 minutes 4-5-6 days a week isn’t going to do what you want it to do and even worse, could toughen things up and make future gains even more challenging.

Save up and get a LM. Between the Length Master and the Power Assist 20-30 minutes 4-5-6 days a week will continue with your current gains and if you really are hell bent on hanging, the LM works for that also.

Not much I can add that hasn't already been said, but have a read over the SRT thread to get a feel for all the different methods, and equipment.

I’m in a similar situation with university heavy courseload, lots of studying, and I go to the gym full body 3 times per week because I don’t have the time for a 4 day split. I live with roommates so I have to be careful as well.

I’m currently in a lengthmaster routine for length. And I used to do hanging but it won’t work, you need at least 10 hours of hanging per day, like 5-6 sets per day, 1,5 hours with full privacy.....

Don’t you have a lock on your bedroom door?
I moved out because I had the same problem, at home with parents and brother. They were always wondering what the fuck I was doing :D

Now I can lock my room and we live pretty much separately, my roommates respect my privacy. When I come home from the gym I have like 5-6 hours left until bedtime.

My routine is like this:

50 minutes studying
10 minutes break - bundled stretches lengthmaster
50 minutes studying
10 mins break - bundled stretches length master

And so on until 11:30 PM then I go to sleep, and I still get my 7-8 hours of sleep.

Also I dropped my side job because I don’t have time for that. My main focus is studying so I took a bigger loan to have enough funds for my studies.

So I get my stretching in daily, and my study hours. I kill two birds with one stone. Find ways to save time and do PE in your bedroom.

Otherwise, if you don’t have the time, get a lengthmaster and do 10-16mins of bundled stretching before you go to sleep.

So there you have it, it’s very doable to get to 7.5 inches and I bet if you keep at it, you’ll be 8+ inches at the end of 2019. It takes little effort to get in your daily stretches.

The most important thing is to be consistent.
