Hey fellas, I was wondering if hot tubing would be beneficial to growth and recovery after PE, similar to heating pads while erect help the penis grow and recover in an elongated state. Wondering if the temperatures of the water would create a similar effect if I hot tubed and wore a cock ring or something.

Depends on the temperature.

You're better off using a heating pad.

Doing a BM session in a hot tub is a different story.
Most people keep stagnant water w/o any means of heating the walls to warm the water inside.

But....You're still better off using a heating pad wrapped around the BM.

What makes it any different than a heating pad? Unless the hot tub isn't hot enough. Either way, taking hot showers is a common method of warm up/cool down, so a hot tub would be similar, just a bit better (in theory).

Just so you guys know I already warmdown/heal/recover with either a full erection or cock ring in a heating pad for 15 minutes multiple times a day. However, if there would be any benefit to my PE from hot tubing often, then I would make it a daily thing. And I would try to BM in the hot tub.

But you have to know when to stop touching yourself no? Or do you gain without drawbacks?

Hot water is really good but too much is going to lower your testosterone, same with saunas and got showers

This would be one of the best ways but most don't have the luxury, if you can take a sauna, go for it!

How does hot water and saunas lower testosterone?

Your balls need to be slightly cooler than your body temperature to produce T, that's why they hang off your body to stay cool
Another tip is go to bed slightly cold, don't use a super heavy blanket

This is the reason most career chefs will have fertility problems. Standing in front of a hot stove all day will zap your gonads

If you supplement T you don't need to worry because your levels are elevated above normal anyways

I sleep naked and my flaccid has been enjoying the benefits. It also helps your body to regulate temperature throughout the night. Never knew they had to be cool to produce testosterone. I always just thought they lifted up before you ejaculate and that's all.

Yup sleeping naked definitely helps

I could never sleep constricted, it is a compile phobia for me. I have dreams where I have a small t-shirt on and I can't get it off...it sucks, it is like claustrophobia with clothes.

It's just gives you more freedom to do other things around the house. Then there is cost of use.
Also, it's talked about in studies that 104deg is the magic number if you're going to do warmups/prolonged warming (in terms of collagen/heat).

A heating pad is more practical for recovering elongated. I can't see anyone chilling in a hot tub for hours and especially @ the temperatures needed.
A hot tub is fine for warming up/down and would make sense to use it if it's constantly on this time of year (as there would be more time involved in plugging in a pad and letting it heat up).

Idk about you, but I can walk around my house with a heating pad wrapped around my dick lol. I do see your point though.

I mean, in your room or a specific area. I should had said small area instead of house, but you can unplug and replug in other areas if traveling over 6'. I was visioning this while typing.

I guess someone could walk around w/ a 20-30' extension cord if they live alone. That paints a bad picture in my mind.

They also sell external USB power infrared heating pads. They're around $60 though.
Can also use them w/ a car lighter outlet for road traveling.

I'm not talking about using it for hours a day. Only like 30 mins each day or some days. I still use a heating pad every day, but im talking about in addition to the heating pad. I like hot tubing and if it has PE benefits then I would do it alot more.

I'm not talking about hours a day tho, only like 30 mins a day. Also I wear a ROP so that boosts T levels and if I was ever worried I could take supplement T too.
