Few Questions on cock rings and kegels

Hi guys what's up I haven't put my full routine and my gains up yet but I will be sure to do so soon after my next measurements are taken. I was just wondering on top of a full daily kegel routine about doing extra kegels whilst wearing a cock ring? Would it be beneficial as some of the pumped blood will remain inside the penis? Also would this be the same for erect kegels? Thinking of this kinda like SRT by doing some of pre evening kegels in a cock ring I might be able to keep some of the blood in there for promoting growth? Just wondering if this would actually be beneficial at all and would appreciate any input as I haven't been able to find anything on it or I may have been looking in the wrong place. Thanks guys.

I believe it to be very beneficial to building strength in the pelvic floor muscles.

Years ago when I was doing allot of clamping, I would kegel allot with the clamp on, and I found out that this did strengthen my erections.

Don't overthink it, simply kegel as you use a cock ring, the results will show.
