Hi people,

Ive just started doing kegels this week to help me last longer in bed, but im not sure if im doing them right. i tense and it feels like im tensing my asshole and it aches a bit, is this correct?

also how to you pratice a reverse kegel?

next time you take a piss, stop the flow of urine midstream (not with your hand! haha). That is what a kegal feels like. Now try to piss as hard as you can, as if you were in a pissing contest. That is what a reverse kegal feels like.

If youre doing a correct kegal you wont be flexing your asshole, but for whatever reason its hard to isolate these two movements. You will still get the benefits of doing this incorrectly however. I had/have the same problem you just really have to concentrate while excersising to train your body to finally isolate the two. I cant think of any reason why it would ache when you do this other then youve overworked your muscles.

There is this badass ebook I got on Kazaa called "Mastery of the Male Orgasm" that gives you a workout regimen for all the different muscles down there. Apparently if you master your orgasm like this guy you can have back to back to back orgasms without the nasty side effects like ejaculation!!
 
I always flex my asshole AND hold in urine with the same muscle. I cant isolate the two.

It works for me anyway, I am ejaculating an incredible amount now in comparison with what I used to.
 
yeah i cant seem to see a difference, when i piss and hold it in, my asshole tenses and so does the underneith of my penis. once ive been doing these for a few months can a practice holding my ejaculation in whilst masturbating??
 
Exactly, Skylineboy...except I have found that consciously kegaling durng sex (or masturbation) actually can cause me to ejaculate FASTER! The reverse kegal is what holds it in for me. But that doesn't mean the kegal isn't important to practice...for some reason a strong PC muscle helps you hold it back longer - i think your PC involuntarily contracts during sex, and the stronger it is, the longer it can involuntarily contract and hold it in...but I'm not sure on that. Keep kegaling my friend.
 
I can't isolate them either, and I always feel my butthole tense up as well. I never get a burning sensation or anything that shows my muscle is wearing out, but I know for sure it's wearing out because it gets really hard to hold sometimes for 5 seconds.

By the way guys what are the benefits of reverse kegels?

With a reverse Kegel you can push your PC muscle off the prostate. This technique helps to delay the urge to ejaculate. When you're about to cum, stop and hold a reverse Kegel until the feeling subsides. For some people regular Kegels work for this purpose for other people reverse Kegels work better - just figure it out which one is the best for you.

In my opinion you should practice both because they will help you to gain more control over your PC muscle.
 
yeah i have noticed when getting head if i kegel it makes my penis harder and makes me wanna cum quicker. Is there an excersise for reverse kegeling?
 
To reverse kegel, do the same you do to piss harder.

BTW, I can isolate the BC muscle, but only if I don´t kegel hard. If I use more strenght, I also tense my asshole. I guess I need to work more on this, but it can be done, just takes a lot of practice.
