So sometimes after I use the Bathmate, or do an intense stretch (Everyday I do the bundled stretch where I overhand grip the glans, twist once and flip the hand so that its on the side of my cock, and it forms a U, then I use my other hand and push down near the base with a V; forgot the name of this stretch), I get this spot the next day, it could be a different spot each time, where if I scratch or push into it, I get this "shock"-like feel across the length of my dick, but only in a thin "line" that is corresponding to that specific spot i pushed (not the whole cock). I wouldn't say it hurts much per-se, but I'm just wondering if anyone experiences similar things?

It usually goes away after several days, and I've gotten it multiple times I'm guessing 20-25 times throughout the past year.
 
It sounds like normal soreness to me. Since it is at the place you are pushing I would suggest making those spots equal along the length of your penis so not one spot is taking all the intensity. This should spread the elongation better and bring less pain or soreness. It will also allow you to go from shaft stretching to internal penis stretching as you work from the top to the base.

If using a fulcrum like a V Stretch it is best to apply the fulcrum equally along your shaft when stretching. So if you are doing say 5 thirty second stretches, start at the base for the first stretch and with each new stretch move the fulcrum hand up the shaft until you reach just below the head.

I have had shock like feelings before when extending with a lot of intensity. I take the extender off and massage my cock a bit then put the extender back on and continue on with my day and extending. I have never had it last for days after or happen in response to pushing on an area though.
