Whats up guys,been doing pe for a while on and off due to life Bot much gains for the time in.But I came into a issue about a year ago about hard flaccid.Hard Flaccid is basically a form when inside your penis is hard instead of soft/elastic type like state.Instead hard flaccid keeps your penis in a contrasted type state most of the times.I do have some kind of hard flaccid most my life that i can remember.Dont have the issue like most where most cant get hard or not horny at all and cant gain anyway either through hanging,manual,or any way you can pe. So DLD anyway to cure this or help gain with this issue I have? Im going to start to take vitamin E 1000 iu twice daily with vitamin C mix in as I read on sports pages it seems to help. Then on the other hand i always had a bad back,you think my hard flaccid might be related to the back issue? Thanks again for anyone who can help me! sorry for any typos or errors as im in a rush to type this!!
 
Hard flaccid is more a sign of growth and repair. The tissue becomes temporarily dense as the tissues contract and begin to repair. This is normal in the beginnings of penis enlargement but it also can be present at times of intensity as a veteran. I never took time away from my training because of this, I worked through it.

Damn I think that's what I've been going through these past couple days. Penis was fighting the extender bad, reason why I took out the 1/2" bars I added a week ago or so. Now I know, thanks for the info!
 
Thanks DLD I was getting to the point where i wasnt sure what was really going on in my penis.Was fighting thought of buying an extender because of the hardness of my flaccid.Well do you think the vitamin E trick will help both capsule and oil? Want to get the best effect for more gains!
 
Hard flaccid is very scary it just feels like I eys something too intense. When I first started pe I suffered from hard flaccid it made me stop pe for two weeks during that time I applied a lot of heat to my dick which cured it. I get hard flaccid every now and then but a good 20 minutes with my heating pad and I'm back to normal.
 
I respect DLD, but many Penis Enlargement experts URGE ZERO Penis Enlargement until hard flaccid goes away.

I know I had it for several months, tried rest, pills, water, urologist, etc. nothing helped until...

i found a physical therapist who specialized in men's pelvic region... found the trigger points (tightness) and eased them with massage. After a few visits, the tigger points were gone and so was the hard flaccid.

A huge relief, thought it would never go away, got it from Penis Enlargement overdose (don't overdue Penis Enlargement).

I have heard this but it simply is not true. I know this from personal experience and gaining more than 4" in length. I worked through these times. As a matter of fact, I think they allow for an easier breakdown of tissue in this state, but that is just theory.

You are the expert, I just wanted to give my experience, which I believe let's everyone know it is not that serious...
maybe keep doing Penis Enlargement AND relieve those trigger points would be the best option.

Once you see the PT and know how and where to find the trigger points, your wife can release them... some you can't get to yourself.
 
Frankly this is where some aspects of SRT come in. I do piss pulls and actual stretch sets throughout the day outside my normal routine. This absolutely helps to keep things warm and in a more elastic state. The worst "hard flaccid" I get is after masturbation.

Hard flaccid can be mitigated by working to stay loose throughout the day and by applying a heating pad for 10 minutes or so after your workout.
 
I've heard about those trigger spots. Can I simply go to a spa and they can find triggers spots for me?
Also usually after working out ,and any time I bust a nut that's when it's contracted the most. After pe it's some what but I keep my penis close to my thighs to keep it somewhat warm!

No, you will need to find a physical therapist that specializes in men's pelvic region... if you pay attention, you should only have to go once or twice (then do it yourself or get spouse to assist). My trigger points where way up inside of thigh/scrotum region, i would have never know how/where to look. You can try... press all around and see if you can feel a rough feeling spot and feel a (very) slight pain. If you find an area like this... press for a minute, release, repeat until it feels smooth like the rest and feel less pain.

I never thought I would get rid of the hard flaccid. It doesn' feel right, it looks small, doesn't want to strectch (anti Penis Enlargement), etc. This is the only thing that cured it. Best wishes.
 
This may sounds stupid, but to me , hard flaccids merely a state of mind.
I used to get so worked up over a feeling of tightness or hardness in my shaft that id freak out and take weeks off (of pe) at a time, worried that my dick was damaged or whatever.
But then, whever I would jelq, that feeling of tightness would be blasted away by the expansion that pe brought me. If my dick feels tight / hard now, it doesn't phase me, I just do pe and get on with my life, my penis has been on a pretty linear path of growth, mostly girth, because I jelq primarily, but this has happened throught "hard flaccid" or whatever and its merely not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.

I've never had this hard flaccid experience. Once I resume using the length master, I will stretch harder than before and see if I get to experience this.

I had this when I was stretching with LENGTHMASTER 3. I read a post, it was signs of gains. It was the truth.
 
I also had it several times and I agree it's a problem with the pelvic floor. There is a condition they call Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrom in the medical field and that goes along with a hard flaccid. There are different factors why this happens and some people are more prone to this than others. A guy named Hink from the gettingbigger board on reddit made two excellent videos about this condition. You can find both of them on youtube. Here you go!

It's not a problem with the pelvic floor, when did anyone say that? There is not even any pain.

If you stretch hard your tissue can experience fatigue. This has nothing do with the pelvic floor, or the syndrome you are talking about.

Well the guy who created this thread said he has some kind of hard flaccid most of his life. So that's surely not fatigue. And if you already have a problem with a tight pelvic floor due to underlining reasons you can make it much worse with some(!) PE exercices. That said I won't fight a verbal war with you on this topic. The videos speak for themselves and they can maybe help someone who is finding this thread prospectively whilst freaking out completely.
