I had absolutley no gains until that one day my bib hanger came. Since that late September day I have gained nearly an inch (almost at 8.25) so I am stoked as hell. I hang straight out, over the shoulder and side to side and after every session I clamp on 1 1/2 pounds for all day hanging. Gains have been great though my girth is kinda skinny(unless I pump that day.)

If you are a hanger try hanging straight out, I use a dorr knob to hang the weight from and all I use is 5 pounds. I then kind of back up as much as possible to create a nice tug that feels much stronger than 5 lbs.
 
Awesome gains! I have always gone S.D. but I am going to try S.O. tomorrow. Good to see you posting Aces!
 
I would hang straight down more often if I didn't always have my cable clamp on. Also this method of Penis Enlargement keeps me going thoughout the day, I can just strap on the hanger, put in some music, smoke a bowl, play my guitar or whatever while making my penis bigger!

I'm all about the hands free penis enlargement, best of both worlds I say.

It appears that you are working many different angles right now. That might be ok for a while. But when your gains slow, stop, you will probably need to begin concentrating on one angle, one set of tissues, in order to deform them. Then later, when gains stop from that angle, you can switch to another dedicated angle.

Thank you for the advice BIB, I will focus on straight out for one month. I just don't want a lot drop of any kind as I'm at about 9 o'clock right now so no SD.

Could you please explain the above a little bit? Why do you not want any LOT drop?

Maybe I should study up on my lot theory but from what I have gathered if my lot drops gains from the ligs are will no longer happen. I don't want this, I want to maintain a 9 oclock lot and get as much as possible out of it, then go to over the shoulder to raise my lot even further. After I maxed this out I would then hit straight down. By that time I probably will have given up on Penis Enlargement because I feel I am already becoming too big.
 
I don't think you understand how the LOT theory and hanging work together.

Bigger just wrote this explanation of the LOT theory and hanging on another thread and he explained it very well:


"The whole thing with the LOT, the best angles to hang at, etc, depend on the relationship of the tunica to the ligs. There are two major groups of ligs, the fundiform and the suspensory, which attach to the pubic bone and then to fascia on the tunica.

The outer shaft, or outer tunica, is the area toward the head from where the fascia attach to the tunica. The inner shaft or tunica is the area toward the a-hole from the fascia attachments.

In general, when hanging or stretching at the upper angles, it is more likely that the entire shaft, tunica, will be stressed, both inner and outer.

In general, when hanging or stretching at the lower angles, it is more likely that at some point, the ligs will take the stress, rather than the inner shaft, tunica.

Of course, the outer shaft, tunica, will take stress with almost any type of Penis Enlargement at all times.

Over time, when hanging or stretching at the upper angles, it is likely that the inner and outer tunica will grow/strech. As the inner tunica grows, it raises the LOT, and increases the potential for gains from future lig stretching.

Over time, when hanging or stretching at the lower angles, it is likely that the ligs will stretch/grow, and more of the inner shaft, tunica, will be exposed.

Hobby at Thunder's has described it as a see-saw effect.

So the plan is: With a low LOT, work the upper angles for a period of time (months) until the LOT rises appreciably. Then, work the lower angles for a period of time (months), until the LOT lowers, then switch back to the upper angles.

With a high LOT, work the lower angles for a period of time (months), until the LOT lowers (6-7), and/or gains stop. Then, work the upper angles to re-raise the LOT."

Bigger is very good at explaining this stuff and maybe I just helped him from repeating himself too.

The more you understand, the better you can use your time to maximize your time to get the best results.

One more thing for what it's worth,
go to Walmart and buy some cheap weights, they come in 2 1/2, 5 & 10lbs and get some golf swing weights too. I use the golf weights for adding 1 & 1 1/2 lbs as I move up in micro adjustments. Just take a small rope and make a noose to hold them. works great. The golf weights come in handy when you get fatiqued and need to back off some. Hope this helps.

I am probably missing something, but when you have a high LOT, 8 or better, and you hang at the lower angles, your LOT should drop, but this should be when you will get the best gains. To me, LOT drop is not a bad thing at all. It simply means the ligs are being stretched, and more of the internal penis is being released for use.

Then, when your LOT drops to 6-7, gains have slowed/stopped, you can hang at the upper angles, grow/stretch the inner tunica, which raises your LOT, reloads the gun.
