Keep getting black dots on my glans from hanging, sometimes blood. How can I prevent?

I've been on a pretty good hanging run for the past 4 months or so. I'm up to 18 lbs. for about an hour-hour and a half like 4-5 days a week. I also clamp and wear a phallosan forte.

I am loving the gains. I'm up to 8.25 bpel and just under 9 inches bpfsl. The only problem is I constantly have these little black dots all over my glans at the tip. And often I will have little drops of blood coming out after a session too. Pretty sure the blood is from a tear in my urethra.

The black spots will clear up after a few days off but as soon as I hang again they come right back. It's starting to really piss me off. Sometimes I have to avoid getting head because it's so fucked up looking, or I have to make sure it's dark with only the tv on or something.

I hang with a lengthmaster with the clamps on the top and bottom plus the power assist so I can do rolls at the end of each set. I keep messing with the tightness of the screws thinking that there's a sweet spot but it doesn't seem to help. Should I try it with the clamps on the sides? I'd have to ditch the power assist and rolls though.

If anyone has any experience with this- DLD or any experienced hangers, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

You likely have a combo issue going on here. Too much blood in your glans when hanging. Is it soft, or firm when hanging? Should be soft, indicating minimum blood in the glans. Forward movement of the device during hanging can also cause what you are seeing, especially with blood in the glans.

I wouldn't say it's soft when I hang. It's sort of firm but squishy. I actually make sure I am as flaccid as possible before clamping in by doing pushups or air squats etc.

How can one keep a soft glans when hanging 20 lbs and being clamped into a compression chamber? Would placing them on the sides help with this? Thanks.

I'm fine man. I take days off and everything clears right up. It's just something that keeps happening because of the weight I'm using or I have too much blood in my penis like Still said.

So from now on I make sure to do pushups or ab mat situps or some kind of exersice to flush blood out of my penis before hanging. I should probably do shorter sets too. I usually go for 25 minute sets but maybe 20 would be better.

I'll figure it out. Just need to keep tweaking things. Always learning and improving. Trying to anyway.
