100 dry jelqs and 220 kegels in the BM last night. Something didn't feel right in my groin at 220 so I stopped. Maybe it was the position on the BM, maybe it's because I went out for a short run yesterday morning, or maybe it's in my head.

No length today, didn't know my wife was going into work late. I'm gonna have to whip my dick out one of these days and just start stretching. Once she sees the LM, which to many appears like a midevil torture device, the comments of "you're just playing with yourself" should end forever.

For my 9 inches length goal I think I'm going to need the PenilMasterPro.

I did not need it but I wish I had it. You will get to 9 inches one way or the other, it is all about tenacity.
 
Equipment is like steroids and a hardcore beefcake gym for our penises. You'll get where you want with our without but you'll get there faster with equipment. Still have to do the work though.

Just finished up a run with my daughter. 3 [roughly] 50 meter sprints, 3 20 meter uphill sprints, and a very short run, maybe 300-400 meters. It's really humid which was dragging me down.

The first sprint was funny. She's used to me running alongside her but since it was sprinting I took off and gave maximum effort. She's never seen me run that fast and it shocked the hell out of her lol. I've probably got her entire bodyweight plus some in muscle since she's maybe 65lbs and I'm a bit over 170.

Our 3 day rotation is 1) distance 2) sprints and 3) short distance alternating jogging and sprinting. The plan is every other day until our 5k. When I was in boot camp I dropped 1 minute per mile across 3 miles in just over 2 months and we hardly ran distance. We did a lot of hard leg work and short distance. Of course after boot camp I slowed down a bit when I went back to smoking and eating how I wanted. The goal here is to build her endurance and speed through various forms of running.

Also trying to watch our diet a little. I'm trying to cut back on junk a bit cause I want to lose about 10lbs. Post run breakfast is protein shakes with ground up oatmeal mixed in. If you do it with vanilla protein powder it tastes like drinking a granola bar and you get the bits in your teeth to prove it. Great stuff.


So for the PE progress log....

100 dry jelqs and 250 kegels in the BM last night. As soon as I submit this post I'm doing my length routine. Single Newbie Routine round of hand stretches and 2 rounds with the LengthMaster. I'll throw some bundles in there too.

I will surely get to 9 inches length because PE is addictive and I want to be as long and thick as __________. Oh no not same length, I think Julio is about 9.75 inches in length but his girth is 7 inches. I want 9 X 7
 
Last night I simply did 250 kegels in the BM. Was in a bit of a rush/tired.

This morning no length. Need to work on the damn car or we might not have a car. Not sure if I'll get length in tomorrow either. Dammed it. Damned it damned it damned it.

2 off days is not bad. As long as you keep training you will keep on gaining. Just keep up with the consistency.

Yeah but it's a total of 3 off this week. I may be able to get a length workout in before work if I get back from my appt early enough.


100 dry jelqs last night, 200 kegels in the BM, then another 100 dry jelqs.

The jelqs weren't super effective though as I was distracted mentally and barely able to maintain 70-80% EQ. They still did something as my flaccid hang was pretty damn huge afterwards but I'm sure would've done more had my EQ been better. I'm thinking about trying this again. My BM sessions are barely 10 minutes and then I'm turning the shower off and getting out. I can handle standing there dripping dry for a few more minutes to do dry jelqs or a quick round of BTC and downward stretches.

If water-usage is an issue, you can regulate the pressure and reduce consumption while still getting a decent shower

You can also recycle the water by putting a bucket under you when training. Just fill bucket before shower.

I did manage to get my stretching in. Round of stretching by hand then 2 rounds with the LM. Had to skip a round of rotary cranks to make it to work on time. Far better than nothing though.

By far better than nothing. Just keep doing all you can to get your workouts done. The reward is a bigger penis

Got girth in last night, 250 kegels in the BM followed by 100 dry jelqs. Going to get length in now... hopefully. If my PT job calls me in early I'm screwed.


Before I start today I decided to get length measurements with pics. I've been back at PE a few weeks and when I last measured I was right about 6.25" BPEL. It's looking like I'm right about 6 3/8" now. So damn hard to measure AND get pics. I never took starting pics or else I'd have further proof of my gains. Figured I'd do it now before I get longer. I'll get a girth pic another day.

It certainly is awesome! It's so damn hard to measure AND take pics too. Took me 10 minutes just to get those 2. My penis knew there was a ruler out and ready and wanted to fight me. Those pics would look so much more impressive if I had 5.5" BPEL pics to put next to them. I have pics with a straight ruler 6.25" BPEL but due to my slight upward curve it shows me as 5 15/16" and not 6.25" like it should. I can still use that as a progress pic though.


Only got 2/3 rounds of stretching in since I got the always too early for me call of "ready to come to work?" Better than nothing.

Might not do girth tonight. Wife mentioned something about taking a shower together....

Since I have a bent penis, measuring with a tape like this one, will give me an accurate measurement.

It makes a difference for certain. I have more of an upward curve since starting PE and I think I know why. I usually leave my piercing in while pumping and it pushes the head up. I need to take it out for BM sessions from now on. I've been thinking about this for days and did a BM session without it in and the head wasn't shoved up against the top cylinder wall. I need to remember to take it out before getting in the shower (can't get a good enough grip on the balls to unscrew it when wet).

Got my BM workout in during my post run shower. Did a full 15 minutes with excellent EQ as I was able to watch ���� for once. Kegels trying to get the RK down steady through the whole session. Didn't do any jelqing though. Also took my piercing out to keep my penis straighter.

Might be really difficult to get stretching in this next week since my wife isn't working much. I either say fuck it and stretch anyway or go without it. This sucks.

You can maintain by just getting in stealth stretching throughout the day, bathroom breaks, under the covers, in the shower, etc. This will keep you length in proper order while you wait to get something more intense in.
