Last night I got in a round of stretching right before a BM session. Did 250 kegels in the BM.

Was going to run this morning but a) I got 3 runs in last week and b) I'll get 3 runs in this week and c) this is my only damn day off and I want to relax. Getting ready to do my stretching routine though cause I have a chance to get it done.

We all face the challenges too. No matter how busy I am, I do all it takes to get some PE in. Before you know it, 2 years is gone.
 
Time goes by too fast. It's been over a year since I found this place yet it feels like just a few months ago. I guess that's life.

No BM session last night since I wasn't alone in the shower. I may or may not be able to do a little length this morning. About to go out for a run though. Need to build leg strength for a 5k in a few short weeks.
 
Ended up not getting length in this morning. I'll shoot for doing a round of stretches before my BM session tonight.

Thank you sir. I did 2 rounds of stretching last night instead of my BM routine. Hoping tonight I can sneak a round of stretching and then my BM workout.

Fantastical BM session last night. I was 90% erect when I started pumping and then my mind took me to 100% in a split second. Very intense set of 200 kegels that felt great.

Only managed 2 rounds of stretching this morning, 1 by hand and 1 with the LM, due to a stupidly busy morning.

Tomorrow I won't be able to stretch at all again due to an insanely busy morning. As in there's just no way I can make it happen. Going to try and get a round of stretching in tonight before my BM session to make up for this morning.

It really is a lifestyle choice and you need time to commit. Plus my running every other morning is going to eat in to stretching time. Besides getting in better shape I'm also reducing my belly a bit with the running and my diet which will help me appear bigger so there's other positives to possibly losing some stretching time.
 
Try to do the bathmate hardcore stretches since you rarely have enough time to do a solid length routine.

Last time I tried I got a sharp pain where I had my hernia repair done. I'm afraid to give it another shot. Still having issues from that surgery.

So go with any other expressive stretch that will not effect the site. Maybe Hole Stretching, Low Grip Stretching, LengthMaster low grip stretching, etc.

I have been trying to do some expressive stretching and was actually thinking of making my 3rd round stretches all expressive with the LM. They're super for growth and help increase base girth.

I'd think having your penis wider as you get closer to the base would increase vaginal pleasure. That's where the most nerve endings are anyway. I'm not taking about a road cone shaped penis but I'd guess 0.25-0.5" larger in the final 1-1.5" would give her the final fill up.

That's just a guess, not sure if that would actually work but it seems plausible.


Oh I did 200 slower kegels in the BM last night. I was just about exhausted when I did my BM routine so stretching wasn't happening. Had a super long ultra active day.

You can try to use the length master for those stretches though. if you can do it with the length master, it would be favorable for you to just do those erect stretches and use your bathmate. You can still gain length from that combination.

The LM and expressive stretches is a "whoa doggie! That'll grow ya quick!"

Tomorrow morning I'll be able to stretch again in the mornings! I'm so happy! Planning on getting up early enough to get it done before going to my 2nd job. Super excited about that.

Got my BM routine in last night.
