100+ dry jelqs last night followed by 300 kegels in the BM. I may start doing wet jelqs soon or in addition to the dry.

Regular stretching routine this morning. Won't be able to stretch tomorrow morning due to doc appt early and then going into work early. Saturday and Sunday I'll try to do extra stretching to make up for it.

You can benefit from a day off but this marks 3 days off from length this week. Still working girth though.

Last night was about 150 dry jelqs followed by just over 250 kegels in the BM. I was trying to feel the kegel all the way through the release last night instead of simply letting go. If I remember that right the reverse kegel is the release portion.

Yaay I get to resume length tomorrow provided my 2nd job doesn't call me in earlier than normal. Last week I even woke up earlier than usual to ensure I'd have stretching time and it didn't happen.

Occasional off days, if you are disciplined, can be very profitable. It is a way of keeping the penis guessing. More than a couple days off is a danger zone as far as losing interest in training.

It really only happens when my wife is off work. Since we need her income I'm hoping it's no more than 2 days a week. Sooner or later I'm going to end up doing workouts in front of her.

On another note I'm running for titties (breast cancer run)! In the process of signing up myself and step daughter for a 5k in July. We've got over a month to prepare and I'm really going to push her to get under 30 minutes. The one we did in early May she had banged her knee pretty bad the week before and wasn't taking it seriously. Starting next week we'll be running in the morning 3-4x a week. I've got a variety of ways to build her strength and endurance. My mornings will be run, PE stretching, and maybe even do my BM work all before I go to work.

Yes there are benefits from taking off days. Just make sure it doesn't kill your willingness to resume training.

To me it appears my penis has more of an upward curve since starting PE. I've been doing the dry jelqs very straight and some with a slight downward curve hoping to stop it from curving further. Having a slight curve up is great for the vagina but I don't want a banana. I've seen some discussion of curve correction here but haven't really read any of it. Guess I need to search for those discussions.


Got a good stretch in this morning. Threw in some bundled stretches on the straight out ones. As usual 1 round by hand and 2 with the LM. In a few weeks I'll probably bump up to 45s stretches in the LM. My penis is still getting used to being clamped in to the Length Master. I also have an upward curve as well and I like it. I don't know if it was caused by PE. Keep going with the length master but I would suggest you buy the PenilMasterPro to enable you get to your length goal faster. I'm now seriously having thoughts of owning one of that device as I can no longer rely on the length master only to get to 9 inches length. Time waits for no one and I need to do girth work once I get to my length goal therefore, the sooner I get to my length goal the better. I will be taking an official measurement of my penis both bone pressed flaccid stretch length and bone pressed erect length come 14th of July. For some reason I'm yet to understand, it seems I gain girth easily than length.

If you think or feel it's becoming harder to gain length, I suggest you save up and buy the PenilMasterPro. I myself I'm looking for ways to increase my length master session once I complete 6 months of using the length master come 14th of July. The easiest thing I can get easily for now is to go into hanging since I don't have any other tool apart from the length master.

I keep seeing it mentioned and everyone here uses quality equipment so I'm sure it's good. Hopefully I don't need it to reach my goal but we shall see.


100 dry jelqs and 220 kegels in the BM last night. Something didn't feel right in my groin at 220 so I stopped. Maybe it was the position on the BM, maybe it's because I went out for a short run yesterday morning, or maybe it's in my head.

The first few times I used it my mind went "what the FUCK are you doing to your penis?! It got better though. I'm still adjusting to the discomfort level of using it since starting again but it's nothing I can't handle. Giving my penis a nice coat of Eucerin Cream almost daily is making it very soft and giving the glans more sensation which makes LM work a little more tender. However I'd rather deal with that then a desensitized penis from rough handling.
