guys,

just wondering if anyone can recommend a good girth routine? i currently do ULI stretches and do the double stretch with an ok just below the glans.

can anyone recommend any more stretches, i am trying to avoid clamping as it looks quite intense but if there are no other stretches then i may have to buy myself a cable clamp.

for girth i currently do 50 x 30s Uli stretches followed by 50 x 5s of the double hand ones in the morning. i also use a Bathmate in the evening.

Having the Bathmate you should take advantage of the Bathmate exercises in the SRT Thread, some of the best stuff around.
