I haven't put in my sg or even done any pe in a long time but I'm getting back into it now. I was pleasantly surprised that I'm at the same bars as last time I used it over a year ago. I gained 1.25 bpel and .5 bg by just using sg for 3-4 hours a day for 6 months. I have all the bars on it comes with except one medium bar but you can also see I had to adjust it out a little to hit max tension so I could get them all on except the for the shortest bar. I'll prob slip that one on in about 30 minutes

those are amazing gains in 6 months..after the time away you have had i am sure you can repeat those gains :)

I can't see the picture but I can say Congratulations on the amazing gains you made in such a short time. It is also awesome that you retained the gains and are now increasing bars. I also read in your other post that you are doing a ton of ADS and ANS, this will really add up length wise. Glad you are getting involved again.

Yah the plan is to do some manual stretches in the morning then sg, then the 1lb ads for 8 hours then some manual stretches then bm stretches then bm pump/jelq sets then light cock ring for about 3hours then ads for 8 hours sleeping

Yah it's been a while since I've done anything. Just started back within the last month and I was surprised my size was retained with the long break. I think I've already gained in my month back. I need to do real good measurements tonight before the bathmate work. I started at 6x4.75 and I'm about 7.25x5.5 now but I'll make sure tonight. I think I might be closer to 7.5
 
Iwas stretched to just over 8.5 inches when I was in the sg today so I think that's at least an inch over my bpel

I didn't check my bpel today like I wanted to cause I'm gonna f a lot tonight so I didn't want to be spanking it and mess up my session. I did check my bpfsl and it was 7.5, I was able to stretch out to 8.5 in the sg today. I think I could get close to 9 in the sg if I push it
 
Sitting at 8.5 is the gs easy again right now. Gonna try to get every bar on there and hit 9. I'll redo the pic so people can see what max tension should look like. I see a lot of people with pics and they have almost no tension. I should be able to hit 1.5 inches past my bpel

That is great news, what was your maximum stretch before?
 
I never measured my stretch before. I was 7bpel last I measured a year ago. Then I stopped PE for about a year. Now I've been back at it about a month and my bpel was 7.25. I have just started using sg again yesterday and I just know that I have a couple more cm of bars on then last time I used it. I think I'll be up to all the bars pretty soon. Sg has been very successful for me. Gonna do a couple hours a day along with all my other 20 hours of other things lol

Good to know! With the new consistency you should see great gains quickly.
