I haven't put in my sg or even done any pe in a long time but I'm getting back into it now. I was pleasantly surprised that I'm at the same bars as last time I used it over a year ago. I gained 1.25 bpel and .5 bg by just using sg for 3-4 hours a day for 6 months. I have all the bars on it comes with except one medium bar but you can also see I had to adjust it out a little to hit max tension so I could get them all on except the for the shortest bar. I'll prob slip that one on in about 30 minutes
